This team was excellent to work with. Josiah and his crew showed up on time, they were mindful of other items in the yard and clearly communicated with me. The clean up was outstanding and all debris removed, I appreciated the attention to detail like covering our new wooden gate with a tarp so as not to scratch it—details matter. We will surely contact Josiah and his team again when we are ready for more work to be done!

Needed some trees cut on a hillside that I knew was going to be a very difficult job. From day one interaction, to completion of job, Josiah was nothing but professional and courteous. Showed up promptly on time and completed in time stated. Very skilled and knowledgeable about work being performed. Would definitely use again for my tree needs.

Josiah and his amazing crew were extremely diligent in their cutting and removing of our large (5’ in diameter) cedar tree that had died. They also had multiple climbers and a bucket truck to make short work of another huge cedar tree trimming dead branches and crisscrossing limbs for the health, vitality and beauty of the tree. It’s a totally different atmosphere from before and we are all so happy with their work! Also their prices.

Josiah is great! Super knowledgeable and nice. Listened to my mom’s concerns and did everything she asked and then some, plus gave her advice. Knew all relevant laws and what heights things needed to be trimmed to. Price was fair and reasonable especially considering the quality of work done, expediently and tidily. We will be repeat customers.

Tree removal with Spring Tree was so convenient and a great value. Their price was more than fair, they were fast and did a great job. I especially appreciate this because it kept my husband from entertaining delusional thoughts of doing this himself. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

I have been in the insurance business for over 30 years. Fortunately for me, I have never had to deal with my own insurance claim. I worked with McBride over the years and based on my experience with them, I chose them to work on my residence. They did NOT disappoint! Their employees were courteous, professional and on time. McBride helped us with water damage caused by a dishwasher leak. Preston and the team were fabulous from the start. Preston took the time to explain the issues, repairs, and every step pf the process. The process went smoothly through completion. Every day the team arrived on time and were pleasant while completing tasks to get the issue resolved. Hopefully, we do not need to use their services again but we would definitely call them again and will refer the team to others for water mitigation needs.

McBride Construction did a kitchen remodel for us. It turned out better than any expectations we had! We love our new kitchen! McBride did an excellent job communicating throughout the process, delivered materials and services when they said they would and paid attention to even the smallest details. If you are considering any kind of remodel or construction project, call them! I highly recommend McBride Construction! :- )

McBride Construction did a wonderful job for us. We had to have cabinet and floor repair due to a water leak in the kitchen. The knowledge and care that was put into this project starting with our estimator Devin who without his help we would not have received adequate pay out from our insurance to cover the cost of the work needed. Communication was fantastic and any issues or concerns we had were handled quickly by our Superintendent Micheal. All around great company to work with!

My client recently purchased a fire damaged and rebuilt/new construction by McBride Construction in Renton and it presented significant deficiencies. Specifically, the master bathroom lacked hot water due to a plumbing mislabeling issue. Furthermore, the new build was not equipped with internet conduit. Despite these issues being identified within the warranty period for a new construction, the project management team declined to honor the warranty obligations and rectify the defective workmanship, citing the change in ownership of the property. I do not recommend McBride Construction.

McBride and each person I have had contact with has been knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. I have managed a 141 unit condo envelope project over the last two years and only have good things to say. Tim, Manny, and Rigo have been onsite to address any questions I had. They worked well with my engineer, architect, and the city inspectors. All this while the units were occupied. Great company and great people I recommend highly.
