Roofing & Gutters reviews in Burien, Washington

Isidro and his team were great. They were meticulous and efficient with the installation of my garage roof. They provided expert advice and I would definitely use them again!

Isidro was knowledgeable, experienced and a pleasure to work with.

K-Single Corp. did a superior job replacing our storm damaged roof and related damage to the interior insulation, ceiling and painting. Their entire crew worked late into the evening to ensure our home was protected from additional weather related damage from rain and high winds. Jose seamlessly coordinated all aspects of the repair and kept us continually informed of the projects process. Daily cleanup was spotless and professional. A five star rating is not high enough for the professionalism and service we received from all members of the K-Single team.
Thank you, Fred & Sharon Bogath

Isidro and his team did a great job of roofing and adding gutters to our new construction backyard cottage. They are knowledgable, skilled, professional and took great care cleaning up after the job was complete. Highly recommend!

Contacted K Single Corp for a structural repair to my roof. They came out on a Friday to do the estimate and send they would email me with it on Monday. I never received the estimate, it's been 3 weeks and I've made several follow up calls without ever receiving a return phone call.

Isidro is fantastic! Very honest, straightforward and fun. What a nice guy and thereby flexible and workable in his approach. Sure there’s lots of roofing companies, and a Lotta good ones. but these guys are great and will always be smooth, and by the numbers. Their crews are professional, their vehicles are clean. They’re all smiles, on time and do quality work. A super good group! I not only highly recommend them, but use them regularly as my go to roofing and siding installers For my general contracting business. My customers are happy, and therefore I am happy. Thanks Isidro ! It’s a pleasure to leave this review!

Replaced old roofing with new top quality asphalt shingles selected by K-Single. Excellent workmanship done by caring employees who worked long hours each day to complete the job. Made a bit of a mess where old shingles were dumped from roof but issue was quickly resolved. We were impressed with their responsiveness to timely after hours response. Great work ethic by all. Even had them back for additional small project.

This company came highly recommended to me. I now understand why. They came out within days of my first call, to give me a quote on my roof leak. They were able to closely match my shingle color, and fixed everything in one day. It looks great and the leak is fixed. I would use them again if I have future issues.

Contacted K Single due to leaking roof - water coming in to the house. They were at the house within a day of calling, installed a temporary patch (that worked perfectly- survived heavy rains). Came out the next week to re-do the area including another potential problem area and completed the job on the day committed. Could not be happier with the service! Thank you!

Single K Corporation were a fine and professional experience. From the initial evaluation and estimate to the final product of a new and well-done flat roof the Team was terrific. Contract and payment made easy. Communication always available. Single K Corp is a very fine company and does very good work. Thank You

Great! Had a few small things to fix in my roof, including a leak. I was really impressed with the speed of response - they gave me an estimate within 24 hours of first contact, it took me a week to decide to hire them, and then they completed the work the same day I accepted the estimate. We've had several hard rains since the repairs and no more leaks. Communication was clear and complete including photos of all work done. No complaints.

K Single Corp. repaired our tile roof in June 2023. We are very satisfied with the work that the company did. We were impressed with the diligence of the crew, the long hours worked, and the clean-up job that the crew did.
Recently we had a problem and contacted the Contractor who immediately sent out a crew that worked diligently and solved the problem. We are pleased with the work done by K Single Corp.

This review could easily be better if K Single didn't ghost us. I contacted them for a smaller job based on a recommendation from another roofing company. They had someone come to our property to assess, and the individual was very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. We were promised a quote within 2 days. 5 days later, I contacted K Single since we had not received a quote. No response, and no response after multiple more attempts to contact them. I understand that the job was small, but it would have been great to have had any type of communication back. Needless to say, we went with another company.

I had a siding contractor tell me my flat vinyl roof was in disrepair and needed to be replaced (it’s three stories up and we’d just moved in so I hadn’t bought a ladder tall enough to get up there). They were going to charge us $20k to replace, so I wanted a second opinion. K Single Corp sent an inspector out who combed across the entire roof and determined that it was fine. Two years later, the roof is still in great shape. Great service, HONEST team. When it does come time to replace this roof, this is who I will call.

Jose and the team at K Single Corp exceeded expectations. We could not be happier with the quality of their work and their customer service. They were responsive, on time, did excellent work and left the work site clean. They carefully explained what they would do and made sure that we were satisfied with the work.
Last January there was a storm that put a tree through our roof. Jose and team came out, cleaned up the tree and quickly secured the roof. Later they replaced the roof and gutters and left the work site better than they found it.
In July our garage was damaged and Jose and his team came out and replaced the garage center post and brought it up to code. They were fast and professional.
I have recommended K Single Corp to family and friends and plan to use them again.

K Single has completed two roof repairs for me; one on my house and one on a commercial building I own. Both jobs were done efficiently and professionally. I will use them again if the need for another roof repair becomes necessary.

The K Single Team was OUTSTANDING!!! I highly recommend their services to anyone. Isidro was so helpful and responsive including showing up in the wee hours of the morning to correct an issue due to a wind storm in the middle of my project! You could tell that each worker took pride in their work and wanted it to be right. They always worked hard to protect my house and cleaned up when they were done.

I would definitely work with them in the future on any other projects I might have at my home.

After being in my house for almost 50 yeas it was time for a new roof. I selected K Single Corp after getting 7 bids. They were not the lowest bid, but the staff were professional, helpful, and they had a senior discount. They brought 2 teams and completed the house and garage roof in 1 day. The foreman provided pictures for me to watch the progress because I could not climb up on the roof. Every member of the two on-site teams were great. And they did an outstanding job of removing all debris! From the bid to the payment all of the K staff provided a positive experience. A year later I noticed a water leak. They quickly sent a team of 2 to take a look and they discovered the chimney top had come loose. They added sealant and new screws to secure the chimney top & stop the leak. I do not know any roofing company who would quickly and politely respond, and make a repair that wasn't part of the original project. Please call K Single Corp & see for yourself that they rank above other roofing companies. You will soon have a company you can rely on to keep you roof in tip-top shape no matter how old your roof and you are. 😀

We were referred to K Single Corp when our solar installer informed us of a problem with our roof that wasn't picked up during inspection. We had to scramble fast to keep the project on track. K Single turned around a quote and start date super quick. The job was done great and we're well satisfied. Good work under pressure.

We recently contracted K Single Corp to repair and reconstruct our bedroom level deck. Isidro Amaya was prompt in providing us an estimate of the cost and scheduling our repair dates. The repair crew arrived at the scheduled times and worked diligently for several days keeping the area protected from the weather throughout. They were very professional and kept us informed of their progress. When more extensive water damage was found than originally anticipated, they showed us their findings and explained exactly what further repairs were needed. When the work was done they did an excellent job of cleaning up the work area. We have been very pleased with the results and professionalism of everyone at K Single Corp. We would definitely consider hiring them again for any future general contracting home project.

K-Single was professional, easy to work with and got the job done quickly, on budget, with no change orders or problems.
They did a great job!
