Constraction reviews in Camas, Washington

10 Stars! 3 J’s and Marlon is a pleasure to work with. Fair, prompt, clean and efficient. He’s built us a beautiful second story deck and extended another one. He repaired siding and flooring where other contractors failed. He fit us in his schedule at a moments notice to repair our roof after a tree fell on it. I trust Marlon and he has earned my repeat business. I will hire him for all my remodeling needs going forward.

I highly recommend 3J’S General Construction for all the work is done for me in my house, i’m very happy with all the results and quality, very reliable and honest person.

Marlon and his crew fit us into their schedule in a short amount of time. We needed to replace all the window trim on our 1920’s single br home as the previous owner’s install was poorly done and the trim was letting water in under our vinyl siding.

Marlon explained everything clearly, went over our options for materials and pricing and took his time explaining what the previous owners/installers had done wrong and what Marlon could do to fix the problem they created.

His work turned out great! They finished in just one day and now all our window trim is properly installed, flashed, and sealed up tight. On top of all that, Marlon is super friendly and respectful, and his price was a lot more fair than other quotes we had.

I’ll definitely be calling 3 J’s Construction for any future home projects or repairs that go beyond the scope of my own capabilities.

Marlon and his team are the very BEST! I have used him many times for our local businesses and he has always been attentive, on time, and very fair in his pricing. He is always responsive and ensures that the job was completed to our specifications. I'm always thrilled to work with 3 J's Construction!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Marlon from 3 J’s and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He fixed a leaking window that had been causing issues for a while, and he did it quickly, cleanly, and with great attention to detail.

Marlon was professional, punctual, and clearly takes pride in his work. He communicated well throughout the process and made sure I was happy with everything before wrapping up. It’s not every day you find someone who combines skill, reliability, and a great attitude. I highly recommend Marlon for any home repair or construction work!

I have partnered with Marlon on numerous projects in recent years. He is an all round GC who can put his hand to many things. He has worked on my complete house flips and client projects. I trust him implicitly, he works hard and he has fair pricing. I would highly recommend Marlon for any general construction project!

Marlon is a professional contractor, I appreciate the excellent work he’s done on my house, he’s already done three of my bathrooms full remodel, flooring, and now my kitchen. I’m happy with the results. Highly recommend! 5 ⭐️

I can't recommend Cascadia enough! Greg, Chandler, and the rest of the team have been awesome! We had a house fire and we were having problems with our insurance company and the team has been so prompt and helpful with the process. Chandler and Greg have gone above and beyond throughout this hellish journey. Thank you guys!

Greg, Jonathan, Senol, Nikki and the rest of the team were simply the best to work with. We were unsure of the process having never been through a home build or remodel. Communication is always huge, Greg and his team were there through every step, keeping us updated and taking the extra time to listen to and resolve any concerns we had. What a team! Everyone that sees our addition is amazed at how beautiful it is. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with!
