Unreliable, in a word. They had very poor communication with me regarding the estimate and the job. Adam missed our appointment for an estimate and only contacted me after I called to see what happened. He apologized for being double booked and showed up later that day. Adam had very good information for me regarding the job and gave me a really good verbal quote saying he would email me the written quote. Never did. After a few days I called the company and had to leave a message asking them to please send me the quote, but they never did. Guess they don't need the work. Very disappointing. I hope they do good work when they do manage to show up.

The crew at Tree Removal Pros / Restoration Pruning did an AMAZING job in our yard! They tackled an incredibly complex job removing an overgrown cherry tree too close to the house, a monster maple limb threatening our roof, and several elm trees that would have eventually landed on our neighbor's home. Adam and his team of arborists and tree aficionados helped us plan a strategy for managing the threats and ensuring the long term health of our other trees. The price was extremely reasonable. Many thanks to Adam and his crew at Restoration Pruning for taking care of 3 large stumps in our front yard. We had called 1800 dig before the work started and the gas lines were marked, but 800 dig failed to mark the cable lines. Adam took care of all of the big stuff as well as some small pieces by hand. They were slammed but managed to fit us in. 100% would recommend to a friend. Thanks!

Restoration Pruning removed some messy entrenched laurel hedges and bushes, leaving us with a neatly tilled soil ready to re-plant into a garden. We are delighted with the result. This company does everything right. We just had our second tree service completed by them. After getting quotes from several other contractors it was so refreshing to find someone like Adam. He is a certified arborist and is very knowledgeable about his field. Other companies we talked to used scare tactics to try and pressure us into cutting down trees close to our house claiming they could fall at any minute. Adam was the opposite, he took the time educate us on the condition of our trees so we could make an informed decision. He then provided us with a very reasonable quote on the spot to do the work. They completed a very challenging tree removal of a 50’ spruce tree 6’ feet from our house without any problems. We do not hesitate to recommend their services whenever we can.

Adam had to help road crew clear the road during the January storm to get to us. He gently removed the tree that crashed into our garage and cleared other trees off our fence. He then removed trees that were threatening to fall and could potentially fall.

The top 10 feet of a tree landed on our cabin roof during a severe windstorm. Adam came out promptly and removed it even though the storm was still raging. While he was there, the trunk of another tree cracked, threatening our cabin. He made sure we were safe at a neighbor's place, then stayed to watch over the tree during the storm. He co-ordinated with the fire dept to close our street, and with the power company as the tree was near power lines. He kept us up to date with the situation throughout the ordeal. We highly recommend Adam's professional expertise, customer service and communication. While this was a stressful time for us, we felt confident that Adam would help us through it.

Every person I had any interaction was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and fair ... Adam (owner) listened to all my needs / concerns /quesitons and provided me with a great gameplan at a reasonable cost. Cameron, Ethan, and Seth showed up on time the morning of the project and did a fantastic job. I appreciated their constant communication re their work and if there was anything more they could do (asking if I was satisfied with each and every aspect of the job). Getting an estimate from Adam was easy. He came out when he said he would and provided a bunch of information about the trees on our property. He was honest with his recommendations and gave instant ballpark figures for work that was needed. Once he had availability, he came over with his team and performed the work, cleaning up and hauling away all debris. His rate was very reasonable and I appreciated a discount given because he found that two of the trees needed less trimming than originally thought.

I would highly recommend Restoration Pruning and will be using them for all of our future tree care needs.

Adam and his team were at my house twice this year to do chipping of my tree branch trimmings. The were polite, efficient, and did things in the fashion that we discussed. I would not hesitate to request their services again. I came across them as they are working in my neighborhood with friends behind my house and it appears to me that the did a very good job for them also in removing a large maple tree. I have used another tree service twice over my over my 34 years here, and at this time I would be calling TRPros in preference to that other arborist service.

Adam and his son did an excellent job removing 5 trees from around and grinding the stumps. They worked efficiently, safely, and communicated well with us throughout the process. , I couldn't have been happier with the results. Extremely knowledgeable about trees with good advice about fertilizer, watering, pests, and ivy. Saved me thousands of dollars by saving my beautiful cedar and maple trees with some skillful pruning and ivy removal. Took down a rotten old maple in a tricky place with no damage to fence, buildings or power lines. Beautiful clean up job and left me with plenty of good mulch. All accomplished in good time.
