Recently switched from another company that I had been using for more than a decade. I needed some plumbing work done at a commercial building that I own and they were prompt professional, communicative and reasonably priced. I had also been having issues with my HVAC system that my prior company had been telling me couldn't be repaired and would only be solved though the purchase and installation of a new system at an astronomical cost! I asked Northside to come and have a look. They determined that there was a 90% chance that it could be repaired and I gave them a go ahead on the estimated services. They finished the job today and it went well! Saved me 10's of thousands. I am beyond happy and will go through them for any kind of service they provide. Best HVAC/PLUMBING company I've ever worked with and I'm sure that the ELECTRICAL services will be just as good. Thanks to everyone at Northside HVAC/Plumbing and Electrical.

Called this morning for an indoor plumbing leak. (Holiday Monday!) Receptionist was wonderfully courteous and efficient, had her plumber call me back within 30 minutes,and he responded to my home within the hour. Cody, the plumber, was patient and thorough,, and the job was completed to my complete satisfaction. And I was so pleased at the very reasonable cost! This is now my go- to plumbing company for any future services. Highly recommend! -

We got Northside referred to us by our realtor who uses them. We are buying a house and needed to have the furnace checked as per inspection recommendation. We called to see availability and they were busy till June 5th but they were somehow able to coordinate with our realtor and actually came the very next morning and did everything which helped with our timeline and pending close of our house. We are very impressed and definitely have them in our contact list for any referals & future needs. Thank you Northside. You went over and beyond. And it was good news to boot, which is something we needed.

They are amazing! I had a heating emergency this morning, waking up at 3am to a house at 40 degrees and my furnace blowing cold air. Not only were they willing to squeeze me in to their busy schedule, their tech Kaleb went above and beyond expectations to inspect the entire unit, and found another issue that I didn’t know about! After showing me and explaining in a simple to understand way, he replaced the parts and had me warming back up in no time! Their prices are extremely reasonable as well! I would and already have recommended them to several friends, and will only trust them in the future!

Northside was able to respond quickly to or situation and sent a technician out the next day. Jesse showed up on time and was very personable and professional. We appreciated the time he spent explaining everything to us. We would recommend Northside to our friends.

Northside recently installed some mini splits in our house. They were fantastic from start to finish, and the installers were the most kind guys. I would definitely recommend Northside for any of your heating or AC needs. And Ashley was amazing to work with :-)
