Constraction reviews in Covington, Washington

After interviewing multiple contractors with wildly different prices, we hired Creative NW Construction not only because they offered the fairest price, but because they had the best vibe.
Ivan and his team transformed our basic garage into a finished, insulated workshop with new drywall, electrical, and plumbing updates. The result is a bright, comfortable space that is usable year-round and ready for anything.
What really stood out was how collaborative they were. Ivan listened closely to what I wanted for the space, offered practical, thoughtful suggestions, and never tried to upsell or push unnecessary extras.
He genuinely cared about both the quality of the project and our satisfaction. Ivan is a sincere, grounded person who approaches his work with integrity. His crew was respectful and professional, and the finished product reflects real pride and attention to detail.
It’s rare to find a contractor who combines skill, honesty, and kindness. Creative NW Construction exceeded our expectations, and we will gladly hire them again.

We recently hired Creative Construction for a tub-to-shower conversion in our guest bathroom, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

What really set them apart was Ivan’s involvement. He wasn't just a contractor; he was a true partner in the process. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options, helping us make the best choices for materials and layout that maximized the space.

A few things that really stood out:
(1) Responsiveness: Ivan was always available to answer questions. In an industry where communication can be a struggle, his quick replies were a breath of fresh air.
(2) Quality & Craftsmanship: The attention to detail in the tile work and finishes is top-notch. It’s clear they don't cut corners.
(3) Fair Pricing: The price was very reasonable, especially considering the high-end quality of the finished product. We felt we got great value for our investment.
(4) Professionalism: The crew was respectful of our home, kept the workspace clean, and finished the project on time.
If you’re looking for a reliable, expert team that actually cares about the outcome, I highly recommend Ivan and Creative Construction. Our guest bath went from dated to a modern, functional oasis!
