I hired Roland over 11 years ago to wire my whole house. Job was done well. Only issue was two attic fans were wired to separate thermostats and never came on together. Once one fired off, it cooled the other so it never fired up. Part time home....just ignored it. Now, full time residence, need problem fixed. Four phone calls. Only one response with a promise to put on schedule. Checked back three weeks later.....told they would check and call me back. Didn't happen.
I have since repaired my self with a much better thermostat that will fun both fans.Very disappointed in the lack of response to a customer who spent thousands of dollars with a company who was only in the area for two years at that time.......I hope Roland sees this. Nice guy, but needs to run a tighter ship and follow up with customers better. In my opinion, he owes me for the proper thermostat and my labor to install......
