We had Andrew come clean our carpets a few weeks ago and have loved the results! He came on time and worked very quickly, but thoroughly, working the carpet first with a machine that fluffed up the strands and pretreated the fibers. Then, connected to the truck mounted machine running outside, he cleaned the main rooms and bedrooms of our home. He removed pet stains and carefully worked and reworked the harder areas so that everything looked great when he was done. It dried very quickly. We hadn't had our carpets cleaned in the two plus years since we put it in and it showed. Thanks to Bigfoot it looks new again. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Wow, great company! I have used them twice now and have been very impressed both times. Andrew is courteous and professional, and his work is excellent. Both times the attention to detail and the quality of the cleaning were above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely be a regular customer.
Also, in case this helps another person out there who is sensitive to chemicals and fragrances, I did NOT get a headache from any of the cleaners they used, and I couldn't feel any sort of a residue afterwards. Definitely recommend!!

This is a great company! We had spots for years on our carpet from our treadmill . We tried many different things, including other carpet cleaning companies, but they just didn't get all of it off. We had Bigfoot Carpet Cleaning come in just once & it was gone! We were so excited since we have light carpet! He was also very kind and polite! THANK YOU!

Andrew with Bigfoot Carpet Cleaning has great pricing, is fast and efficient and does an excellent job at cleaning carpets. He even got tough pet stains out! Fast and efficient! I wanted to change the date to an earlier day and he did no problem! I will say though, after the cleaning, my carpets had a lingering smell. I'm not sure if that's normal or not. It took a few days to air it out completely. I also noticed that a lot of the dog hair and dirt were pushed into the edges between the carpet and wall, and I had to vacuum it out. But my carpets looked and felt great! Overall, I was happy!
