Holiday weekend. Called and he answered immediately. Set an appointment in 2 hours and he was here. So appreciative as other companies, as expected, had voice mail messages only.

He want to charge for service call I was okay with that but he stated if he has to leave here for parts he would charge me 120 more dollar's and parts sound fishy to me didn't make no scence so I didn't use him

Got are house put in.hired someone to do are hook up and they never showed jm heating cam to the rescue and got us up and running .would recommend him to anyone .and will only have him do the upkeep needed.

It was great dealing with Jordan. He was on time and he stuck with his estimate. Work looks great. I would definitely use him again.

Jordan and Jakiah (I probably spelt this wrong) were so fast and professional. They installed a new AC unit and thermostat for me. Quote one day done the next. They showed up when expected and wasted no time. Definitely plan to have my furnace replaced, and my fire place inspected and reconnected using J&M.

Our heat went out and it was about 5 minutes before they closed..Jordan answered and listened to me.. it was a cold night and we were expecting a big snow storm.. he said he was on his way home and would turn around and take a look..give him an hour. He did just that and restored my heathe was amazing! We were so happy we are having him put an AC in.. We highly recommend him for your heating and cooling needs.

Jordan was awesome!! Called because my AC was blowing warm air and he came out the next day to fix cause it was going to be really hot the next couple days. Came out and fixed it in a jiffy knew what was wrong with it quickly and had it all done!! Great communication and very professional! Highly recommend Thank you!

Jordan put in our minisplit in originally ,which we were very happy with. One unit AC started leaking this summer. We played phone tag for a month with him continually saying he would come "next week". Now he ghosted us. No text or phone response!

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs needed and he completely ghosted us. His phone has been off half the day and there has been no way of reaching him and no response back. Very unprofessional experience. Save yourself the trouble and book with someone who can respect your time.
