North West Water and Sewer installed a new frost free hydrant for me. It was a 100 foot run from my well house to my barn. I am very happy to have the new hydrant installed. They did a great job and everything went smoothly.

Had a tough job replacing some poorly placed shut offs under a sink. Other services said they might have to pull out the cabinets. Cody came and had the job done quickly for 1/2 what others quoted and no cabinet removal!

Cody was very responsive when scheduling a time to come out to give a quote. He arrived on time and was able to give a quote on the spot and provide the services at the same time. His quote was half the price of one of the bigger companies we already had come out, and his quality was excellent. He was personable and explained his work clearly. We will definitely be using him for any future plumbing needs we may have.

Truly amazing work!!! Cody showed up when he said he would be here (actually was early, but reached out before to make sure it was ok). He discussed all the options with us and answered all our questions. He was clear about what changes he would need to make to the wall for the new water heater (we went tankless), made sure all the new openings were well sealed and ran solid tests to make sure it was working properly. His final task was to make sure we knew how to adjust the temperature, if needed. VERY happy that we found him - THANK YOU!!!!

We are so thrilled that we chose North West Water and Sewer LLC to help us out with a kitchen sink leak. We didn’t know a plumber so we just went with the above company since it’s located in Des Moines where we live. The owner, Cody Buxton, squeezed us in on a Saturday to take a look at the leak, even though his schedule was already full. He needed to order replacement parts which meant a second trip back for the actual repair which was completed quickly. Cody was also able to fix a bathtub faucet drip during the second visit. We were expecting a fairly big bill but were pleasantly surprised at the actual cost, as his prices are very reasonable. We would not hesitate to hire Cody Buxton again.
