Sara and her team do an amazing job! She has supported our house for years in West Seattle, providing reliable and thorough cleaning.

We've had a churn of house cleaners over the years, but we have had an amazing relationship with Sara's House Cleaning for more than one year! She and her team are reliable and consistent. She is patient and kind with our chaos! We are *in the thick of it.* Young kids, a cat, a dog, just a lot of proof of life in our house. Sometimes I feel worried that our home isn't this way or that way - Sara has no preconceived notions. She accepts us as we are. Our home is much better off for it. Recommend!

I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but one of your company vans was tailgating so closely it looked like it was touching other cars, forcing a driver to pull over to avoid being hit and then immediately doing the same thing to the next 2-3 cars, bullying them off the road because they are trying to keep themselves safe. Being in a rush doesn’t justify potentially harming innocent people. Someone could have been killed. I called the number on the van because it was that dangerous, and I have dash cam footage of the entire incident.

5 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH! It does not get better than Sara and her team of professionals. They go above and beyond and clean with an eye for perfection. I once caught Sara cleaning the inside of my dishwasher. The inside. This speaks to the level of cleaning you can expect if you make the best decision of your life and hire Sara.

Very impressed with Sara & Co’s level of competency and thoroughness. They arrived on time and delivered exactly what was promised. We were very pleased with the energy they restored in our home. Even scrubbed a drain filter and a loose-leaf tea filter. Highly recommended.

Hiring my first cleaning service was very exciting for me! I hate cleaning, and so do my roommates, so we decided to go in together on hiring a cleaner to come every two weeks and tidy up.

I contacted quite a few cleaning companies via Yelp, and Renda was the first person who said she was available at the time I wanted. Her hourly rates were cheaper than the other companies, too. The first appointment went fine; she was a little late getting to our house, but we are hard to find so that was forgivable. Great. She did a good job and she let me pay her through Venmo (best app ever, get it) so that was also a plus.

We scheduled another appointment for two weeks later, on Sunday afternoon. Sunday morning, she texts me saying the cleaner who was supposed to come has a sick child. Okay, fine. I asked if she could come Monday. No answer. I text her Monday asking if she can still come. No, she's not available. Okay. We set up another time, she comes, I'm satisfied. She did an okay job cleaning, but missed a few areas I specifically asked her to go over.

We set up again for two weeks later, she again texts me Sunday morning to try to reschedule. We decide to just skip a week and get back on our biweekly. I ask her to let me know on Saturday if anything changes. She texts me at 9:30pm saying she can't make it. I replied asking if she could come Monday, and that's the last communication I had with her.

The only reason to go to Positively Clean is the price. Renda is not professional and does not communicate well, which is VITAL in a scheduling reliant business. I never felt like she was putting us first, only coming around when it was convenient for her. Save your time and money and try a different service.

Great cleaning job on 2 bathrooms! Good communication. Good follow-up. Good adjustment of schedule to meet my needs. Friendly happy staff.
