Hiring my first cleaning service was very exciting for me! I hate cleaning, and so do my roommates, so we decided to go in together on hiring a cleaner to come every two weeks and tidy up.

I contacted quite a few cleaning companies via Yelp, and Renda was the first person who said she was available at the time I wanted. Her hourly rates were cheaper than the other companies, too. The first appointment went fine; she was a little late getting to our house, but we are hard to find so that was forgivable. Great. She did a good job and she let me pay her through Venmo (best app ever, get it) so that was also a plus.

We scheduled another appointment for two weeks later, on Sunday afternoon. Sunday morning, she texts me saying the cleaner who was supposed to come has a sick child. Okay, fine. I asked if she could come Monday. No answer. I text her Monday asking if she can still come. No, she's not available. Okay. We set up another time, she comes, I'm satisfied. She did an okay job cleaning, but missed a few areas I specifically asked her to go over.

We set up again for two weeks later, she again texts me Sunday morning to try to reschedule. We decide to just skip a week and get back on our biweekly. I ask her to let me know on Saturday if anything changes. She texts me at 9:30pm saying she can't make it. I replied asking if she could come Monday, and that's the last communication I had with her.

The only reason to go to Positively Clean is the price. Renda is not professional and does not communicate well, which is VITAL in a scheduling reliant business. I never felt like she was putting us first, only coming around when it was convenient for her. Save your time and money and try a different service.

Consistent 5 star cleanings. Excellent communication, arrive on time, and thorough. If I ask them to make an adjustment, or request a deep clean on something, they do it and check with me to make sure I'm satisfied. Very happy!

Renda came to clean my 4 bedroom 3 bath home for a move out clean and I have to say this was a phenomenal experience! We were referred by friends and I can not thank them enough. I picked Positively Clean because they kept sifting up to the top of ratings aggregators, and their website wasn't 80 percent AI-generated art, which several of the larger cleaning services in the area are--it just felt more homey.
I contacted them with a relatively short timeline and irregular availability, and within a day, Renda was able to shuffle things around and fit my move-out clean in within the week!
Xochitl and Edith did an above-and-beyond job. I had lived in the apartment for six years, so there were lots of hard-to-get-to areas that hadn't been touched in approaching a decade, and they got them all. They cleaned things in the apartment that didn't even know needed to be cleaned.
They had all of their own supplies with them, and everything was easily and efficiently coordinated by text with Renda in the office.
