Great customer service! Needed last minute service and inspections for my furnace, AC unit and hot water tank and Hayes was able to come through. He was very knowledgeable and explained some deficiencies that my furnace had. Would highly recommend RMR for any of your hvac needs!

Made an appt for 8am on Monday but they did not show up. Then I had to text at 8:30 to find out that they got double booked. Really? Could not call or message beforehand. And then they asked another company to come by instead of them who messaged ridiculous prices thinking we would buy this bs. OUTRAGEOUSLY bad customer service and sketchy business practice. Would never get service from them and the other company they “recommended “.

Tyler was a phenomenal help and we highly recommend! We had a problem with our thermostat and wasn’t sure of the solution. We called around a few places and all were unavailable until a few days. (It’s 20* right now) Thankfully our guy stepped up and helped us resolve our problem within a few hours of contacting him. Including providing us with a whole new thermostat. So all in all, skip the big guys and go local!! Quality, price, & reliability is what I experienced with the company. Thank you again for helping us, we’d still be frozen without ya!

I recently called RMR about my furnace blowing cold air, and I was impressed with their quick response. They arrived at my home the very next day to investigate the issue. After a thorough inspection, they quickly identified the problem and had my furnace replaced within just two days! I’m now back to enjoying a warm home. Big thanks to Hayes and the entire RMR team for their efficient and professional service. The whole area around my furnace was swept and cleaned up. Highly recommend!
