Raheem, the technician I worked with most recently, was excellent. The tub began leaking and the first company to come out made it worse. Raheem's visit was much appreciated. He always let be know he would be arriving, often on time.

He was very clear in his communication and when we had parts issues he fixed them quickly. This team will come back to us if there are any other plumbing issues.

On Saturday, I called a representative to ask if they would be able to do hydro jetting in one of my rental homes. The scheduled the hydro jetting for late afternoon. They scheduled it for a time when I could not be there. We agreed on a method of payment and the technicians showed up at the time scheduled. The job was completed in a timely fashion to my satisfaction. I will use their services again.

I had a great service by Z Plumbers. Call was responded by Aniceto and he did a great job explaining what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. He also promptly came with a quote and work out details. Within few hours the water heater was replaced and everything working again. Thank you you guys rock
