Great job! Very professional! Bronze did a great job with my Daikin 3 zone ductless mini splice system. He new exactly what to expect from the system during set up and charging. He also took the time to walk us through all the operation cycles. Very professional.

We are so thankful to Bronze! After having multiple companies come out to check what we could do with our AC everyone told us that it was just old and that we needed to buy a brand new central system and spend thousands of dollars. Thankfully we decide to get one final opinion and we are so glad it was Bronze , he came out and even when it was pouring rain he took the time to look for the problem and was very professional. He found that all we needed was a part that needed replacing and was not crazy expensive, he saved us thousands of dollars! If your looking for someone who is honest and cares for his customers I highly recommend him!

Wow!!! I am more than happy to share my experience using Bronze Heating and Air. The company was originally contracted to do some vent removal work so that we could have a plumbing issue addressed that was behind the vents. That same day I had an issue with my ac. Not even scheduled to be at my home to do that specific work, the contractor was more than happy to take a look at it without hesitation. He got it going for us!!! Fast forward to a couple of days ago when something went wrong with the ac, 90 degrees and on a SUNDAY!!! I sent an email asking if there was anything that I could do on my end and I was shocked that I had a response within the hour!!!!!! I was able to be squeezed into an already busy schedule that very next day!!!!! Came out, did magic, and now I’m not yelling at my family like the Hulk anymore because it’s not 90 degrees in my home!!!! On top of high quality work and quick responsiveness, the good pricing and customer service is the best I have had. It is clear that Bronze Heating and Air have a passion to provide their customers with a valued product and/or service, in addition to a lasting impression and experience! Bronze did a great job with our HVAC repair and replacement! After getting jerked around by multiple other HVAC companies in the area, we got a recommendation to contact Bronze. From day 1 of our interactions, he has been responsive, professional, and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend him enough! If you are wary of HVAC specialists or the "larger companies", I highly highly recommend you work with Bronze!

Bronze knows his "stuff". He gave expert advice, after listening to our specific needs. We were (are) doing a remodel and had him install a new 4 zone, mini-split system. His advice saved me time and money with my remodel. The system he installed seems properly sized for our home. I highly recommend him.

What can I say about Bronze? He showed-up on-time, found the problem, gave me multiple options for the repair and let me choose what I wanted to do. He then fixed my issue and I assumed we were all good, but it wasn’t. He came back in a Sunday morning to help me with a different problem that was NOT part of the original call. That is why I‘ve given Bronze 5-stars! Great rates and very knowledgeable. On top of that, he’s a nice guy!

Bronze is amazing, he’s hard working, thorough, and honest, and was the best bid for installing a new Heat Pump for our house. He was great at helping us to figure out what Heat Pump would work best for our particular home, since there was no Heat Pump installed yet. His work is clean, and his personality is very professional. His quality of his work is top notch!! He was very responsive in answering all of our questions, and in offering suggestions to make sure we would be happy with the end product. We highly recommend Bronze - he does wonderful work!!!

My mom and I could not be more pleased with Bronze Heating and Air! Bronze (owners actual first name), has consistently gone out of his way to help us with our a/c and our oil furnace.
At the beginning of summer this year, Bronze helped me trouble shoot my attempt to run the a/c. We were able to figure it out through a series of texts.
Another time, because of strange set of circumstances Bronze hooked up our new washing machine though he was there to fix the furnace. In both situations, Bronze was kind, easy going, and immeasurably helpful! He really did go above and beyond for us!

Bronze came out a little over a year ago to look at my ancient A/C system which was not working. He diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and fixed the problem on the spot. Turned out I only needed to replace what's known as a run capacitor on the A/C unit and do a better job of keeping my filters clean. He even took the time to explain how my system works and how to maintain it properly.

My A/C system has been working great ever since and is a real blessing on these hot summer days. Bronze is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and most importantly, ethical.

I had contacted two other companies before connecting with Bronze and both of those companies tried to lead me down the path to thousands of dollars in repair and replacement bills. Looking back on it, I can see where they were clearly being dishonest and just trying to milk me for as much money as possible.

If my furnace or A/C needs any service in the future, Bronze will be the one I call.

100% happy! I have an older home (1979) with wall heaters (no ducts). I was thrilled to find out that I could have ceiling units aka "cassettes" installed with a mini-split (instead of the bulky wall units). I consulted with several other companies and was never offered this option. The ceiling units are great! They are super quiet (I don't notice them turning on or off) as is the outdoor unit (except for feeling the fan blow, it makes almost no noise). The installation crew was respectful, trustworthy, and friendly. They got the job done in record time and left the place cleaner than it was when they started!! They made a concerted effort to ensure that the addition of the mini-split is esthetically unobtrusive. Communication was fantastic and I knew what to expect every step of the way. These guys are top notch! My only regret is not doing this sooner.
