Roosevelt came and was amazing. This was my second time using Fast Appliances Repair - both exceeded my expectation. Call them for your appliance needs!

Roosevelt responded quickly to my request to schedule an oven repair. He was very professional and speedy from start to finish. We will definitely use Fast Appliances Repair again.

I was able to have a technician out 3 hours after I called! Mr. Lazarus was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and did a great job. He had the part I needed on hand and was done replacing it within an hour. I'm keeping his business card on hand for any future repairs I may need. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience!

What an incredible experience. We had water pooling from our washing machine and they were the first to get back to us, book an appointment, and arrive in a quick window. They diagnosed the problem, guaranteed the part would arrive within 48 hours, and came the morning after they received the part to complete the repairs. We have a new go-to for all appliance issues and we could not be happier customers!

Mr. Roosevelt was very polite, punctual, and most importantly HONEST. I used his services today 12/4/2020 on two properties he was diligent in his diagnostic one appliance he explained to me the issues with the washing machine and he let me know that it would be better for me to replace the appliance. Although he could repair it. ( he does not sell appliances) This recommendation cost him money and was the best resolution for me the customer, grade A in my book.

On the second property we had a samsung dryer that always made a lot of noise, he took his time and now it is as quite as a mouse.

I just had a very nice man come fix my dryer. I apologize that i can't rember your name but the date was 12/12/2023 time 5 ish. He called Pryor to coming and gave me a time of 30 to 35 minutes and he was spot on. He gave me a quote and I had him fix it. It was a bad wire. He was outstanding. I would recommend this company to very one. Thank you so very much you are awesome.

Service was good. Easy to deal with. Technician was friendly and professional. The service person Rosevelt was on time, polite, and knew what our issue was right away. He even vacuumed the machine for us . We had a sock stuck to the motor of the washing machine and he quickly diagnosed it educated the specifics of the models dynamics and how we should care for this specific type of machine. Very polite and well spoken grt guy to deal with ! dot on time , puntual and honest ! I RECOMMEND HIM 100%.

Roosevelt did a wonderful job repairing our Samsung dryer. Very efficient and professional we had great confidence in both his diagnosis and repair.

My dryer needed repair and I went with Fast Appliances based on Google reviews. Roosevelt got back to me within an hour and scheduled time to come out the next day. He answered all our questions, tested, and repaired the dryer in just a couple of hours all at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier!

Roosevelt was responsive and did a great job fixing our stove top. It's been almost 2 months since we he did the repair and everything is working well! Would definitely use him again in the future.

We have a rental house in Lake Stevens WA and one of the burners of my Maytag Electrical Stove stopped working. We called Fast Appliances Repair and the owner (Roosevelt Lazares) answered. He is able to come to the house the same day for diagnostic. Same day appointment is a big deal for us! We called multiple places, and no one can do same day appointment!

The diagnostic costs us $90 (but it can be used toward the repair). The repair cost for the broken burner is very reasonable ($370 total after part, labor and tax). Roosevelt ordered the part and come back 2 days later and fixed the stove!

We highly recommend Fast Appliance Repair and will definitely use them the next time!

Roosevelt quickly diagnosed the broken oven issue, ordered the necessary parts, and fixed everything under 1 hour. He is very professional and honest about the process. I would highly recommend him.

Thanks Roosevelt (and apprentice), my Whirlpool dryer is working again! Manufacturer and 3rd party weren't available until the end of the month, and Roosevelt came the next day, rebuilt a blown out control board instead of ordering a new one, and saved me $200. He was polite, quick, and professional. I will definitely give him a call if I need any other appliance serviced and not think twice.

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Roosevelt was 100% organized, professional, courteous, responsive, transparent about costs, and fixed our dishwasher in the time he said he would it take. Totally recommend.

I called Fast Appliances Repair after I called 5 other repair shops. My refrigerator won't cool and dishwasher won't drain the water out. Roosevelt answered phone and told me he could do the job at the same day. Due to my work schedule, he came after I came home and worked late into the evening. I really appreciate his work ethic and honesty. He fixed my refrigerator and dishwasher. The cost was as he quoted and was very competitive and reasonable. I was very happy for the good job he did for me. I will recommend his company to my friends and colleagues without hesitation and at anytime.

My newer washing machine wouldn't pump, Roosevelt came out on a Saturday and had got me fixed up, same day service (had the parts in stock). The price was very reasonable for help on a Saturday. Will recommend and use again if any other appliance needs service
