Came did diagnosis & let us know everything was fine with washer !! Told us it might just be the drain pipe over flowing
Called early on a Monday morning and they said they could send someone out at noon to fix my fridge that wasn't cooling properly. He called and said he could come early if I was able. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Cleaned up and even tightened up the handles. Tried 3 other 24 hour and open on sundays companies because this all happened on the weekend. Nobody answered the phone and nobody returned my calls.
My washing machine broke during a cold snap, but I didn’t want to replace it. Orca Appliance was able to come out, diagnose the problem, and order the needed parts. I was able to get appointments in a timely manner. And it cost much less than a new machine!
