Mike's has been our go-to plumber since we moved into our house in 2021 and they have been consistent, professional, courteous and fair in pricing. Mike will tell you himself, he may not be the lowest price in town (in most instances, they were honestly right there with everyone else or cheaper) but the work they do is quality. We have plumbing systems from 1956 and Mike's has been more than helpful in explaining what fixes are absolutely necessary vs what may be extraneous or even outright dangerous. Mike, Miguel, Sean, David, Javi and their whole team are consistent, show up on time and are extremely professional. On several instances Mike's quoted labor and time and when the crew finished the job early, they took money off of the original quote and only charged for hours worked. Honesty is huge for me and this only makes me trust them more. We have used them for several large projects (7k+) and for several smaller ones and each time we were really happy with the results. If you need a trusted plumber who is consistent and cares about quality, give Mike's a call.

My shower clogged pretty suddenly—took maybe 45min to drain fully one day when previously it had only been slightly slow. I was leaving the country in a few days, but Mike’s Plumbing was able to come out the next day! They were very nice on the phone and the guys that came out were also very nice. They were efficient and professional and kept everything clean! Their price was also reasonable. I’ve used them several times and have been super happy with them every time!

I reached out to Mike's Plumbing along with a few other plumbing services when I discovered a large crack in the bowl of my powder room toilet and needed it replaced. Mike's got back to me promptly (within 24 hours) and were actually the only service provider that even bothered to respond.
Their office team and service technicians were all friendly and professional and the work was done in a tidy and efficient manner. Plus, their quote came in at about $300 less than the average costs I was seeing online.
I also received a lovely thank you card from Mike and his wife in the mail after my service appointment.

I will definitely be contacting Mike's for future plumbing work and recommending Mike's Plumbing to friends and neighbors for their plumbing needs.

We used Mike's Plumbing and Drain for a sewer lining project. Not only were they competitively priced, our job was completed below estimate and we were refunded the difference, saving thousands over the quote we had gotten from another company. Friendly office staff, prompt service, and a video of the completed project. They made an unpleasant situation so much better! Update: Recently called them on Thanksgiving weekend and they came out same-day and did a water heater replacement for us. Great service as usual!

I have used Mike's plumbing service quite a bit in this past year due to a leak remediation. I highly recommend using them. I had price gouging estimates from other plumbing services, and I was recommended to call Mike's based on a Leak Detection service. They do provide very good quality services at fair pricing. I highly recommend.

Great service and very happy with the results. We had a unique situation where our septic line ran under a concrete step and patio stairs. We had engaged a couple of plumbers to get an estimate and all of them told us we would need to hire someone else to relocate the stairs and re-install concrete steps. I was very pleased that Mike’s Plumbing not only fixed the line but they were able to work around the stairs and finished up the job with new concrete. Saved us the headache of hiring multiple contractors. Great work!!

Mike's Plumbing gave us top notch service, especially on Black Friday. They diagnosed our plumbing emergency promptly in the morning and when we had a critical sewer pipe leak, they sent out a full crew that afternoon to take care of our issue. Highly recommended and great service!

Having a functioning sewer line is one of those things you take for granted in owning a home... until things stop working. After we started having trouble with a toilet in our basement flushing slow, I called a different well respected plumbing company. They charged me a lot of money and gave me an estimate for repair but wouldn't really make recommendations about how much really needed to be replaced. I called Mike's plumbing for a second opinion at the referral of our real estate agent who used Mike's for their personal remodel. Absolutely top notch experience from the get go, Cody came out quickly for an assessment, did a quick scope, and gave a quote that was well under the other company. They got the job done promptly and were thoughtful about what needed repair/replacement and what could be left alone. In the end they saved me a lot of money but more importantly gave me a lot of confidence that the job was done right and I didn't replace things unnecessarily. Cody, Julio, Aaron, Austin thank you!

I have twice now gotten estimates for water backup and in both cases other plumbing companies have quoted us insane amounts and in both cases Mike's has come through with low or no cost. They are honest, they remember you as a client, and I have told anyone who will listen about their amazing service.

The most recent incident I was about an hour from leaving town and the water started to backup in my drains. I called Mike's but they couldn't come immediately so stupidly I called another company. That company did come out eventually. I wasn't there, I had a friend come. By the time I got on the phone they had freaked her out and said it was going to be $8,900, they would need to replace a bunch of line (no reason given) break up the concrete, call the city, etc.

At that point I told them I needed a 2nd opinion so they invoiced me $560 for coming out and scoping the line. That is all they did, camera the sewer line. I was very confused by the invoice as it stated they cleared the line (they didn't), inspected the crawl space (also no) and the charge for the camera inspection was $559 (what? Most companies charge appx $100).

When I got home I called Mikes and Cody came out immediately. He scoped the line no charge, cleared what was essentially just a clog, and gave us a really reasonable estimate for some pipe work that needs to be done eventually that was 1/3rd of the cost of the other company.
At this point I will not use anyone else, and I am sharing my experience so people do not waste their time and money. They are fair, they respond immediately when they can, and they just don’t charge people for what they don’t need to. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you Cody, Caitlin, and Mike’s!

This kitchen faucet with new shut offs (etc.) were done perfectly. This is the fourth project using Mike’s Plumbing and I will continue to use them. Everything is always done right. I used to do my own plumbing but at 72 I just don’t want to do this sort of thing anymore. They are always friendly and when they leave it’s completed properly.

The excellent customer service on the part of Mike’s Plumbing began with their office intake and careful recordation of the multiple issues we were seeking a bid for.
The bid response included the entire scope of work and line item cost estimates.

The two plumbers, Jake and Dakota arrived on time with a company van complete with an array of miscellaneous plumbing tools/parts.
After a quick tour and recount of what was expected that day, the two launched into the tasks at hand.

In conclusion, they were considerate of our house, worked smart and when all was said and done, did a great job!

Very glad we contacted Mike’s Plumbing and will certainly call them again.

I've had Mike's Plumbing out in May 2023 when my bathtub drain pipe broke and water was dripping through the bathroom ceiling in my downstairs neighbor's condo. And again last October for a new water heater installation. Both times they were on time, pleasant, respectful of my property, and came prepared with everything they needed. They answered my questions and explained what they had done. I will definitely call them again if any plumbing misfortunes arise.

Hard to say enough good things about Mikes plumbing. The staff is super communicative and informative. Shout out to Caitlin for answering numerous questions we had on our sewer line rebuild.

The price quoted was fair and they stuck right to their quote. The gents working on the project were quick, efficient, and incredibly friendly. Hopefully I never have to call a plumber again, but if I do, it’s 100% going to be Mikes.

Mike’s Plumbing Review

I recently had a new water heater installed by Mike’s Plumbing. They installed a Bradford-White, a brand with a reputation for excellent quality.
While Mike and his assistant were doing that, he noticed the whole sewer drainage system was just about to become a disaster of epic proportions. He also observed the sink in the laundry room was having problems too, so he took care of that. He mentioned something I could buy at the hardware store for the washer hose to prevent the sink from clogging. I am so grateful he made me aware of some serious repairs that needed to be done.
The new water heater works great! I am relieved Mike discovered the drainage problem before it became an emergency.
I highly recommend Mike’s Plumbing and Drain for all your plumbing needs.

Very pleased with the service. I needed to have a leaky shower valve fixed. We exchanged photos and information. I received the replacement valve from Grohe and asked Mike's plumbing put in the valve. Mike gave me a quote so I knew how much the trip would cost. No extra hidden or unexpected charges. Very honest business. Would call Mike's plumbing again.
