First-class service from start to finish. I knew I had some pretty severe sewer problems and had some anxiety going into the process of figuring out how to get them fixed. Called Sewer Friendly based on a recommendation from a neighbor and was able to set up an estimate right away. Rick was prompt and friendly and provided a detailed and honest assessment of the work that would need to be done—he helped me understand what was wrong and what my options were on the spot. I decided to have the line hydro-jetted by Cameron and Greg who provided further information about next steps and soon after I had a competitive estimate. I decided to go with Sewer Friendly based on these positive interactions and very glad I did. The extensive work that then needed to be done was completed by crew manager Robert and the crew of Massa and Triston, and I’m guessing that these guys are the best in the business. It turns out there was severe blockage throughout the line and the work had to be done in tight spaces near a close neighbor and busy city streets, but Robert’s clear and frequent communication at every step of the process reassured me that professionals who had my best interests in mind were on the job. It took a few days and Robert and the crew were friendly and hard-working throughout; plus, the work was actually finished sooner than I thought it would be. These are the folks to call for professionalism, honesty, integrity, and high-quality work. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had a sewer pipe broken in multiple places and a clogged vent stack. At first only the sewer pipe issue was clear, but once it was repaired the other issue presented itself. While other companies could not get us on their schedule for weeks or even provide us a rough cost estimate, Sewer Friendly was able to help us out immediately. Elliott in the office was very quick to respond to our questions and provide us with clear work statements and prices as the scope of the work changed. The two crews consisting of just Rick and also Joe, Cameron, and Devon were friendly, worked quickly and with good quality. It was clear they wanted to get our problem solved, and they took pride in their work. While we hope to not have to do more sewer work in the near future, Sewer Friendly will be the first company we call if we do.

My experience with Sewer Friendly was wonderful from start to finish! After having two other companies come out and give us extremely high bids for removing a big root from our sewer line (without explaining anything!), I was SO appreciative that Tyler took the time to explain the layout of our sewer line and what was actually necessary to fix the problem. When Tyler and Jason came back the following week to do the hydrojetting, they were friendly, respectful, punctual, and professional. Jamie in the office was also super friendly and helpful over the phone when it came to scheduling and payments. As a first-time homeowner, I found it really difficult to know who to trust and whether or not people were offering a fair price. With Sewer Friendly, I felt like I actually LEARNED about our sewer line and how things work, and was able to make an informed and empowered decision. Whenever we need sewer work done in the future, I will not hesitate to work with them again. Thank you guys!
