Can not recommend highly enough.

Josh arrived a little early, which was great. When I had called to make the appointment, King Plumbing asked me to send them photos of the problems I was having. I was able to discuss what we were seeing over the phone, so that they knew exactly what type of parts to bring. In addition, Josh brought some additional parts just in case, which we actually needed for one of the toilets having issues. Josh also cleaned out the inside of the toilet tanks to remove the sediment that had been collecting for 18 years. They looked like new inside.

I liked that we discussed whether certain work should be done or not. I felt like I got an honest reponse. I also though the total charge was very reasonable for the work done.

The other thing I liked is how Josh respected my home. He asked if he should remove his shoes and was careful where he walked.

I would definitely hire King Plumbing again if I have a plumbing issue.

Josh did an excellent job installing a kitchen faucet for me. He even went out of his way to make sure I got the right plug to match my faucet. I prefer going with a smaller company than the big guys. I think I get better, more personal service and I don't have to buy all the overhead for the big companies.

Amazing experience. Calling a plumber has never yielded a good experience until now. They were recommended by my neighbor. Julie on the phone was so lovely and respectful. The guy who came to assess my problems fixed them after discussing with me. He was nice, honest, knowledgeable. The process was a great experience and reasonable. I will not hesitate using them again

King Plumbing is amazing to work with, and I highly recommend them to anyone. They’re very committed to ensuring they address your concerns. They communicative clearly and transparently from appointment booking to outlining fix options and pricing. I’ve had to do a lot of work my home this past year and they are the only company that I don’t dread needing to call when something new comes up because I trust them and their work.

Josh and his wife Julie run a top notch business!! I hired them a few months back to install a new dishwasher in my home which did not have one previously. Installation was flawless and Josh was very professional and courteousness throughout. I Recently elected to use them again for an entire Bathroom remodel, for which I am a complete novice. Josh and Julie have walked me through every detail of the process answering flurries of my questions and providing hands on consultation along the way. I cannot recommend King Plumbing enough, a real class act! I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

1. Julie communicates incredibly either via email or phone. She always follows up!
2. I've used the squad for 2 different projects, working with different plumbers. Both plumbers call in advance to advise when they would be arriving, arriving when they said they would arrive and crushed the projects quicker than expected
3. when you add in fair prices to the above, it's a no brainer to use King Plumbing!

Even when I have projects that don't initially need their help they ALWAYs provide guidance, recommendations and questions to ask!

The shower handle and faucet in my condo apartment were leaking. I originally intended to replace all of the hardware while fixing them at the same time, so I contacted King Plumbing and around 10 other Seattle plumbers to ask for estimates.

King Plumbing was THE ONLY plumber who replied with a detailed and transparent estimate about how much the work and parts might cost! Every other plumber wanted to charge me $35-150 just to come out and look at my condo (of course the fee would be "waived" if I chose to hire them, and I'd lose the money if I didn't). After a while, I realized that my dreams of replacing all of my shower hardware would be out of my budget. I contacted King Plumbing again and they suggested just replacing the cartridge in the shower handle for much, much cheaper.

Julie, the wife and office manager, was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to recommending parts and the work that could be done. I really appreciated her quick responses via email and her transparent pricing for the different types of work I could have done.

Two guys came out to my condo this morning and quickly fixed the shower handle. When it looked like the faucet was still leaking and needed to be replaced, they ran back out to their truck and brought in a matching replacement faucet that they luckily had on hand. They installed that with no problem, and only charged me an extra $20 for the part and installation, instead of nickel-and-diming me for the extra work. The total came out to more than $200 less than the quote I got from one of their competitors.

Highly, highly recommend Kings Plumbing. They are such a hard working team that I will continue to call back for further projects. They completely gave us all new pipping for our ADU and worked alongside us with city inspections. Even though there were stressful obstacles that came about from other areas they all remained with top notch customer service and would always show up on time and dedicated to completing the project.
They are truly experts at what they do and the fact that they are also bilingual was a huge plus for my family. 10/10 service!

I called Olympic heating because my furnace went out. Initially I thought it was a simple fix, but after talking to Shawn I learned that the problems were more widespread. He was really friendly on the phone and came out just a couple of hours after I had called.

I have used Olympic Heating for many years, and totally trust them. Last year they warned me my 21 year old furnace was near the end of its life, but they cleaned it and I got another year out of it.
They were helpful and amused finding and retrieving the rat carcass from the furnace, that stunk up the whole house.
Father and two sons - they really care about their customers, will give you a straight answer.

Furnace went out last night, called PSE who isn't doing service calls during COVID and didn't provide any recommendations just told me to call a local heating service! Was referred to these folks by my soon to be son in law, they called me back right away, had someone out to my home within a couple hrs and had my furnace up and running again in less then an hr! Are you kidding me? Fantastic, warmth is wonderful! Thank you Sean for your quick and awesome work. A definite rare find in this day and age! I will be using this service forever!

Sean and Pat are true professionals. I called and explained my issues and they responded promptly and came out to diagnose and resolve the issues with my heating system. I am truly grateful to Sean for coming out to fix our furnace, and within just a few days of my calling about a dead furnace (in need of a new inducer motor) and cold house.

I called three businesses to get quotes for both a repair and replacement. Two companies insisted that repair was a waste of time and a new furnace was a necessity. On the other hand, Sean at Olympic was the only one who talked me through the value of fixing the broken motor and gave me perspective on about how much life would be left in the furnace if I went with a repair instead of replacement. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a new furnace AND the quote for a repair was 1/3 the cost of what another company quoted me. Fixing the motor was obviously the much more affordable option for me, but Olympic will now have my business when it does come time to replace the furnace.

In an era where a customer can look up information online, a company that treats their customers with transparency and integrity is always the better option.

I'm a first time home owner and have no experience when it comes to heating systems or repair companies, so I feel like I lucked out finding Olympic Heating. Sean was awesome, fair and fast. He fixed my problem in minutes and took the time to answer all of my ignorant questions. Also, I guess I called at the perfect time because he got to my house faster than UberEats!
