When requesting a quote I was told I was out of their service area. Due to the size of the job, they said they'll do the work, and being an advocate for small businesses, I decided to have a few additional services done to make it more worth their time. My main goal was to have them pressure wash my siding and remove roof moss, and through conversation I added the driveway, patio, porch, gutters, and windows. I agreed to go from a $600ish budget (which I later learned was about half of what the job should've cost - $600ish is typical for siding ONLY and no roof moss) to a $1500ish job to show my appreciation and support small business. I was initially quoted a little over $1700 but when I told them that was a little high, they shrunk the cost down to the $1500ish amount due to over-estimating the size of my back patio. To show my appreciation for them doing a job outside of their service area and being friendly on the phone, I agreed. I verbally confirmed my priorities of the siding and roof, but did not see it in the quote they sent me while I was on the phone. When I told them I didn't see it, they verbally confirmed it was in there somewhere (twice) so I just accepted the quote and expected the work to be done. They sounded friendly so I was quick to agree and not really push back.

After the work was done, I inspected the results and noticed the siding was not touched. Everything that was on my invoice was done well (including the roof moss on the HOTTEST day of the year), but the siding was not. I don't think they would've came all that way to not complete the entire job I requested. When I called to ask if they were going to complete the siding, I was told the job I accepted was already complete. When I told them the main reason I wanted the work done wasn't done, I was told it must have been a "miscommunication on both sides." This really annoyed me because I am a very bottom-line guy, and always ensure the priorities are taken care of before agreeing to optional services, especially when those optional services costed me an extra $900, being 150% more than my initial budget... To compensate me, they told me they will send people out again, but it would cost me an additional $700 + take 10% off my original bill for it to be done. This annoyed me, so I had another company do the work and it cost me just over $600. I was shocked that I had the same job done by another company more local-to-me for approximately $100 less, than the company that was supposed to be compensating me due to a miscommunication on the job I thought was included in my $1500 bill. They still honored the 10% off after I called and told them I wasn't going to have them finish the job, so it was nice to see they still did that after knowingly losing that additional work.

My lesson learned is to not accept verbal confirmation on these kind of jobs, and make sure you see in writing the work needing to be done. If you don't understand the typical industry jargon (like myself), then be sure to either 1) have the work specifically identified in your quotes, or 2) get several quotes to ensure the pricing is somewhat aligned with the precise job needing to be done.

    ***UPDATE***
After speaking directly with the owner, he refunded me the amount it took to have the other company finish the job. I was not expecting this at all, so it shows how important customer satisfaction is to this company. I truly appreciate the gesture and would recommend these guys due to the friendly and efficient service, good work, and follow through for customer satisfaction.

    Thank you Riley!

Called for roof and gutter clean estimate and he told us will offer available time slot later through text message. However, no message that day, the next day also no message.

Then, called again on the third day. He said will try to arrange an estimate on the same day and would call us later. Unluckily, no response again.

Would recommend them directly telling us that they don't want to come instead of keeping us waiting…

Update To Owner: My husband called not me. So it's right that name cannot be found.

On time. Well organized in advance. Did exactly what I asked for and I have what looks like a brand new roof. It hadn’t been touched since it was installed in 2002.
Can hardly wait to tell my neighbors I paid close to $300 less than they did for the same outcome.
