So I made an appointment for 4-3-23 maintenance and possibly a new thermostat. My wife was home when they showed up and they did rehang our thermostat but wife was told we needed a new circuit board and they would need to order it. I called today 4-26 and was told they don't work on our brand of A/C unit. This was never mentioned to my wife and we never received a call otherwise. Not saying they are a bad company, but very poor communication.

Had questions about the heating unit they installed before we purchased the house. We were told he could stop by on his way back since he was driving past our house on the way back to the shop. He was there for less than 10 mins and only showed us how to direct our heat for the best results, and where the filters were (although already knew about filters). And said we could call and ask the receptionist if we had questions on the unit since that is what they use. Then we get a bill for $167. When we called about the bill we were told it didn't matter how long he was there that was the charge. I will never use them again. I will find someone else when we change our system. I would give them a negative number if I could. And my friends that are building houses are now going to someone else after we told them what happened.

The price was right, they did a good job, but disrespected me and my home. Four guy in and out of the house dirty boots did not lay down a tarp, lucky it was not raining. Tools on my leather couch, dirty finger prints on wall and unit. This was mainly the lead guy. Guys in and out, even after I close the door and thought that they where leaving to my surprise there was a guy in my bathroom again. If you live in a barn this my be funny to you. But if you try to have a nice home you should pick another company that shows some respect. I did speak to the owner.

These folks are professional, proficient, and very friendly. We have a couple of mini split ductless units through Scott's and have had excellent experience with them in the few years that we have had it. They're very dependable, they're fair and prices, and it's just a good place to do business if you're in the market for heating and air conditioning.

Amazing service. The install crew were always on time. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. Installation went smoothly and you would never had known all the work they had done, they left everything neat and clean. Tammy, office staff absolute delightful to work with and Duffy was wonderful.

Some of the most honest business owners I have ever encountered. They were called to my grandparents house after another large and well known HVAC company had told my grandparent they needed an entirely new unit. There was only an $80 part that needed to be replaced. Scott’s honest business practices saved my grandparents thousands. I highly recommend them!
