I called on a Sunday and spoke with someone about some electrical things I wanted THEM to take care of. He told me he was going to be reaching out to his tech to see when they are going to be able to be there. No call came so we went another route. Next thing I know I am getting a million calls for other companies saying I submitted a request for them to call me... I know when I called them, part of the message says that I am authorizing them to give out my info... or something like that. It was a very quick message. Regardless, I never once was told they were going to be putting in a request on Angies list on my behalf. If I wanted to have a posting on Angies list made, I would have done it for myself - I called for a diagnostic trip, not this... This is frustrating.

An amazing company who does great work. Valley electric are the big dogs on the yard when it comes to Electrical Construction .They have been setting the electrical standard for over 40 years in western Washington and beyond. I see some one star reviews based on how one or two employees were driving. Safety is at the utmost importance at Valley. I’m sorry a couple people needed to take time out of their day to submit a 1 star review based on that. Keep up the good work Valley . 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vincente and Dan did a great job installing a new ceiling fan, outdoor outlet, and interlock switch for a generator. They were expert level installers who did a superior job. They were respectful, courteous, and quick. 5 star service!

Tim was on time, very friendly, and performed the work efficiently and explained everything as he went. Followed up with asking me if I had any other issues I needed addressed. I would definitely use in house electrical services and would ask for Tim. Also the pricing was transparent with no upcharges.

The technician, Nate, was very thorough as together we explored the wiring situation. He explained things as he went and provided two alternative solutions to address the situation. Very satisfied.

Brett and the team did an awesome job updating the electrical in our living room: new outlets, lighting changes, and a dedicated dimmer switch. The work was super clean & cost felt fair, and now the space is perfect for movie nights with the fam. These guys are my go-to future house updates 👍

Electrician was very thorough with the estimate also including the inspection and all cost.

Brett and the team did a great job with the initial electrical in our theater room.
Adding new outlets, electrical for 3-sconce lights with their own dimmer switch, and some other lighting changes.
The work was very clean with little Sheetrock repairs on the ceiling after the sconce lights were wired to the new switch.

Daniel was on time to give me a estimate for tesla wall charger install and was able to price match the quote I had. Everything was completed in 45 minutes and he was very professional on the installation and explaining the setup, features.

Called mid afternoon when half of the power in our house went out. Trace was here within a half hour. He was pleasant, informative and upfront about pricing and time involved. As he went thru each and every outlet and checked circuits to Diagnose the issue and corrected it. He also took time to tell us about things that could be problems in the future and write up bids. No pressure was applied to do so. Pricing was fair. Trace was great.

I’ve had a couple interactions with In-House Electrical Services now, and I can say they easily are the at the top of any business I’ve ever worked with. Their communication, scheduling, promptness, knowledge, and professionalism is second to none. Tim’s great - he’s very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and has walked me through multiple issues I’ve been having in my house. Heather (and I believe one other person I’ve spoken with at their office) are also incredibly on top of things, and never fail to get me set up correctly.

I’ve only had a GFCI outlet installed, which I was very pleased with. They’ll be doing some additional work on installing dedicated circuit and replacing light fixtures in a couple weeks, so perhaps I’ll update this review then, but i have no doubt it will be in-line with what I’ve experienced thus far :).

Called Lucas with an electrical issue, he kindly diagnosed it in the phone no charge. Given that he could have come up and charged me for this same thing but I appreciate the honesty!

I’ve been doing rate shopping to get a decent quote for Tesla Wall
charger installation. Even though price was a key factor, the quality of installation was always my utmost precedence. Thats when I got bumped into In-house electricians. The process was as smooth as it could get. One phone call, a technician was at my place, he gave the estimate and scheduled the appointment for the wall charger installation. On the day of the installation, the process was even smooth. Daniel knew the drill and it seems like he has been doing this for a while as the entire process was finished in almost an hour including guiding me to connect the wall charger to my phone. A expected a few things here and there but these guys are absolute professionals. What I had forgot was to move the stuff in my garage to pave the way for Daniel but he did it all himself, finished the installation and put them back again in the same place as it were. They didn’t have to do that but they did. These people know their game and could finish the job with utmost precision.
