Previously used this service for a full clean up on our property back in Oct 2021. The people were very friendly and professional and they did a good job.

I called again last week to set up another service but without the full clean up. Someone scheduled me and quoted me $750 which is a bit of a hefty sum so I called again to do a re-estimate without certain added services that didn’t need to be done. I even mentioned also interested in setting up a summer contract…

Got a call back from someone named Tyler. She was not friendly and sounded annoyed whenever I asked her questions and said my scheduled date would have to be rescheduled, most likely pushed back. She couldn’t give me a set date and didn’t offer to get back to me once she could confirm a new date. I told her I needed it done by that date as we’re having family out of state over at that time, that’s why I scheduled it beforehand. She basically just said it’s either this or that, type of ultimatum.

Not pleased with her customer service... a great company but her lack of accommodation on that call didn’t sit well with me at all. I canceled the service.

Honest and sincere people!! Not seeking business all the time or trying to make money. This guy Benjamin, came to see the condition of my lawn grass at one call. Before me getting landscaping done, he had come once and gave me all good suggestions on where to get my rocks/water feature/ etc from. World needs such people.

Parkview is awesome. They came in on schedule and under budget. They handled the design and install and we are looking forward to having them back to do maintenance as well as the backyard. Benjamin was quick and responsive and the crews were really great. I could tell they really cared. This is what contractors should be like.

I'm a mailman and they put me in danger constantly!!! Blocking other side of the street so I have to stand in the road and deliver mail! Always blocking mailboxes! Awful people!!

We recently moved to Mil Creek and needed to find a landscaper. Parkview has provided a complete 12 month set of services for home landscaping for the last year at competitive price compared to other bids we received. They have provided mowing, fertilizing, law replacements, seeding, weeding, fall blowing, pruning, moss control, and sprinkler maintenance for our new home. They have always been good about letting us know when they are coming. Their crews are easy to talk with and are willing to do the extra work we sometimes have asked for.

We hired Parkview to landscape our backyard with patio pavers, a fire pit, and newly designed greenery surrounding the perimeter of our yard. Overall our experience with them was fantastic and we are very satisfied with the job they did.

Benjamin worked closely with us to help us design a solution for our backyard that would meet our design ideas and budget. We went through several work-ups and he was patient with our often indecisive nature. Once we settled on a proposal, I was very confident that we were getting a well designed and cost-effective landscaping project.

The team who performed the installation and landscaping was very friendly and respectful. I worked from home several days while they were working and I barely noticed they were there. When changes arose or we had questions they were very easy to talk to and we quickly came to a resolution. The final result is beautiful and just what we wanted. Benjamin's vision turned out to be the perfect solution to our mud pit of a lawn.

I would definitely recommend this company and hire them again for our regular barking, landscaping, lawn-care needs.

First year for us using Parkview for full service maintenance. Crew is usually responsive and hard working. Benjamin comes out to quote extra services very promptly. I did need to ask about schedule for fertilizing and weeding. Crew did great work on fall cleanup and pruning. I did need to point out what I wanted trimmed and to what point. Second year should be even smoother!

The Crew at ParkView Landscaping are the most professional and diligent that my wife and I have met in our 17 years at our home in the Mill Creek area. Ben takes the time as often as needed to come out based on our schedule to talk about what we need and offer fresh ideas that not only enhance our yard but also meet our budget. Recently for thanksgiving after a particularly nasty wind storm that left our yard and beds covered in debris, we needed an unscheduled clean-up and Ben magically worked us into the schedule. Thanks! One last point - before starting work, Parkview provides a detailed quote with prices and schedule he is open to change based on our needs. I have never had a landscaper be so detailed and forthcoming with a guarantee on their services.

I called them to come do a spring cleaning of our yard as a one time job that needed to be done quickly as we were having a big gathering at our place. They were able to get the job done even earlier than i needed it and were very competitively priced. The guys were very professional and polite. They made our yard look amazing. Since they did such a great job we ended up hiring them again for another job of thatching/seeding/mulch as well as starting to come out for bi-weekly maintenance(mow, edge, weed) since again their prices were very good. They did a fantastic job on everything they've done for us.

We hired Parkview to help freshen up the curb appeal of our house before listing it for sale. They were very responsive and easy to schedule with. However, they chose to use an orange color mulch that was different from the black mulch we already had in our flower beds. Thankfully we realized this before they spread too much of it. The problem was quickly fixed...even though they weren't able to return the orange mulch and had to take a hit. This was our first experience with a landscaping company. They did a great job, but we know now to be more clear about what we're looking for in the future.

The whole team at Parkview are excellent. They are professional and always on time. They tailored a maintenance package that was perfect, everything from regular feeding of my lawn to care for my plants and shrubs. Their pricing is good and communication with them is easy and I always receive a prompt reply to my questions. My Garden has never looked better

We worked with Parkview for a side parking/driveway project. Benjamin gave us a prompt quote and the crews were out right on schedule to start our project. The crew was extremely nice and professional, taking the time to clean up after each days work. Communication was great from start to finish and our project was completed on time, at the quoted price. Benjamin and crew went above and beyond to provide multiple quotes and options to ensure we were getting exactly what we were asking for in a finished product. We will definitely be using Parkside again for future projects.

I am very happy with the work that Parkview Landscaping did for me.. They we here on time when they said, completed the work as agreed upon and the outcome was great! The workers were polite, friendly and careful with surroundings. They did the work in a timely manner and were always available for comment or discussion. They completed the job on time and on price. I will definitely use them again in future projects.

My HOA service request has been open for 1.5 months. All attempts to contact goes to voice mail. Just take a look at the picture of our community that these guys maintain.

Update: although it took lot of time, it is properly cleaned up.

Parkview Landscaping and Ignacio’s crew, along with Aimee in the office, have been a pleasured to work with. We moved into a new home at a very busy time for our family. I was able to easily communicate my ideas and they completed them beautifully. We started with cutting in lawn edges and moved to building a rock retaining wall and stream bed. So easy to work with, quick to respond to added projects and all were completed with an artisan’s eye. We will definitely continue to use their services and recommend them highly.

Benjamin and the Parkview Landscaping staff were amazing. They worked with us to fully understand what we wanted for the front yard of our home. From the overall design to the specific choices of plants and trees. They also helped to keep the whole project within our budget. They did a remarkable job and we could not be happier.

I’m not the type to write reviews good or bad but I had to take a minute to share this if you’re considering these guys. We recently had new sod laid with our brand new home. We hired Parkview to mow the lawn twice a month after we received their quote. After the first mow, we were informed that they were increasing the fee because they underestimated the time it would take only after I reviewed their bill and brought it to their attention. They increased it without any notice.
Then, after walking the property yesterday, I discovered that the new sod had been damaged by them the last time they serviced the property. Instead of taking ownership of this, I was reprimanded for not mentioning it to them right away and was then invited to discontinue using their service. They also suggested that the sod was bad and they were not responsible. I had the contractor out today and he agreed with what you can clearly see in the image below, the damage was created by their equipment.

Sarah is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very responsive and does a great job with communicating quickly so that our emergency could be addressed fully and readily.

I’m not a customer but somehow Parkview Landscaping made their way on to my property and carved up some 15 year old plants and 30 year old cedar bushes. Most likely the bushes will never recover. In the event they do, it will take years of growth to cover the gaping holes. Not only was it a mistake to jump so far over the property line (15’ - 25’) it is clear from the results of their work they had no idea what they were doing. Viewed from the street it is a real eye sore. To add insult to injury, they didn't even cleanup the clippings.
