Excellent service! They quickly identified and fixed the sewer line issue, efficiently removing the tree root that was causing the blockage. The work started promptly and was completed in a very timely manner. Highly professional and reliable — I’d definitely recommend them!

Due to a chronically broken garbage disposal, half of our kitchen sink was clogged and the dishwasher was also affected. We planned for the worst— removal of the disposal and replacement of the dishwasher. Thanks to his diagnostic skills and efficient repairs, however, Aaron was able to resolve the problem while salvaging the dishwasher and replacing a few key parts. We were very pleased with this service call. Thanks!

The technician told me on the phone that the toilet needed to be removed to clear a clog and was quoted $461. Based on that explanation, I approved the work. Afterward, my tenants informed me the toilet was never removed and the clog was cleared in about 10 minutes with a simple auger.

The final bill was $560 ($69 inspection + $431 repair), which is completely unreasonable for the work actually performed. I feel misled and overcharged. I would stay away from this company.

Miguel replaced a bathroom faucet and 2 valves for me. He did a great job. He arrived on time, completed the work quickly and thoroughly, and left my bathroom spotless. I would definitely request Miguel specifically for any plumbing needs.

The booking process for this next day sink replacement was easy-easy. Lenny was on time and personable, knowledgeable and considerate. He did the work and explained it all if we had questions. The work was done very well and we have a working faucet and no more leaks!

I had a faulty repair on my water main that started leaking. Miguel was the plumber who came out from All Pro and he was a class act. Walked me through the steps I'd need to go to get the leak found, the utility companies to call, the price difference if I did my own digging and so forth. Having the guidance was great. Once the leak was exposed, he fixed it in less than an hour, and the repaired pipe looked so much better than the shoddy patchwork that the previous owners had slapped on there. Absolutely amazing! And now I have the added bonus of not getting the 'you have a leak' letters from the water company.

They came out to fix a leak at the stand pipe behind our washing machine. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into two due to old pipes under the house that also needed replacing. They were very thorough and we were very pleased with the service. We will call on them again when we are ready to update the rest of our plumbing.

Miguel stopped by. He did a great job, and had excellent service. Very friendly, and was a great educator. Gave me advice on maintenance, and what to look for in the years to come with my water heater. I would ask to have him back when he’s available.

Steven is a truly incredible plumber & human being. He loves what he does and works with purpose and precision. We had several other plumbers out before calling All Pro and none of them could solve our leak into the crawlspace. Steven was able to locate the leak quickly, explain the problem to us clearly, and solve the issue with ease. You aren’t going to find a more knowledgeable plumber than him. Additionally, I love that All Pro has connections to other companies who can remediate, repair drywall, and correct any crawl space issues. We will be calling All Pro for 100% of our plumbing issues moving forward!

The team was able to replace water shut offs, toilets, and install a new utility sink in our warehouse all in a day. They encountered some problems with the old plumbing but were able to navigate through it. We will use them for any future plumbing and recommend them to anyone (residential or commercial). Professional, knowledgeable, clean, and friendly!

On Oct 1, 2025, All Pro Plumbing Northwest LLC installed a handheld shower using a part I had already purchased. The first quote I received was $454, which was later revised to $283. The invoice lists a $69 visit/quote fee. The installation was very quick, and no additional parts were needed. Based on my experience, I felt the price was high for the task, so I personally wouldn’t use this service again. Others may have different experiences—sharing mine here to help fellow customers.

Miguel did an awesome job!! quick to come out and quickly assess the situation. He was able to come out the next day to do the repair. Beefed up the plumbing better than before and at a reasonable price..

Hot water heater sprung a significant leak and then failed completely. Karrie from All Pro Plumbing Northwest responded very quickly and had a service technician at our home within the hour. Miguel (service technician) was absolutely amazing. He stopped the leak and quickly bypassed the failed unit in order to temporarily restore hot water to the house. Our other water heater was going on 11 years old so we decided to replace both. Efficient and professional doesn’t even come close to describing Miguel. The quality of his work is incredible. He’s a true craftsman! He had all the work done within a day and a half and took the time to explain every step and provided everything we needed to make informed decisions. I would highly recommend Miguel and All Pro Plumbing Northwest.

Jack Nichols did an outstanding job putting in my generator. He explained to me how it would work and did a wonderful job all around. He was very personable. CM Heating is lucky to have him as an employee.
