I manage 2 properties and have been using Royal Cleaning for our routine building cleanings and turnover cleanings for a few months now. The crews do a wonderful job every time. They are professional, fast, efficient and always friendly. Last week we had the carpets in the common areas of our buildings cleaned and I could not be more pleased with how they look! Like new!!

The entire experience from start to finish was awesome! Sergio, the owner of the company, made a personal visit to our home for a consultation and his professionalism was amazing! His employees were also wonderful and kind as they worked quickly and efficiently on cleaning the entire home for our move out. Our home was immaculate, the price was perfect and I will absolutely be using them again in our new home. This service sent friendly, efficient and hard working cleaners to my home. I was amazed at what a crew of two could accomplish in a relatively short time.! My 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has never looked better! Cleaners had relatively limited English, but communication was no problem as I can speak some Spanish. Look no farther for a service that will make your home sparkle!

This was the first time we had our home professionally cleaned and we couldn't be happier with the results. Nayeli arrived on time and did a great job! We added on the cabinet cleaning package and could really see the difference with the cabinets in the bathrooms. We would highly recommend their services!

The staff were all really wonderful to work with! I had Brenda and Lupe for my first cleaning and they were fantastic. One piece was missed during the initial cleaning that I didn’t notice, but the supervisor noticed after she came over for an inspection and the cleaning crew came back out to make sure it was taken care of the same day. I’ve never seen a company do that, but what peace of mind do I have now knowing everything will be taken care of like it was agreed upon. I’m scheduling my cleanings with them now, not going anywhere else!!

I have been using Royal Cleaning Company to clean my house every two weeks for about a year now. They do a great job. They almost always arrive on time. On the rare occasion they will be late, they text me to let me know. Maria and Yazmin are both thorough and professional. I highly recommend them.

We could not be happier with the Royal Cleaning company!!! We have used several different cleaners over the years and none have come close to Celia, Sergio and their team.

We have three young children so our house is generally wrecked when they get here. With all of the other companies we have used in the past, they would only clean around the clutter... But not these guys!!! They go way above and beyond making sure our house looks amazing.

Celia and her staff are not only fantastic about making sure our house is spotless and done just the way we like it, but they are also such wonderful and sweet people! They are always so friendly and pleasant to be around.

Where do I begin…

I had asked them to come in and do a deep “move in clean.” When I moved into my complex the cleaners the apartment had used clearly did not do a good enough job so they offered to have my outsource my own company. I found royal cleaning company on Google, they were close by, good reviews etc.

I called and spoke with the owner Sergio who had explained to me that the standard move in clean would be $290 for 4 hours of cleaning, anything over that would be $72.50 per additional hour needed if the cleaners felt they needed more time to get the job done correctly. He let me know that two ladies would be coming by. And went over some details about what is included in the cleaning process. I’ve attached photos of the agreement that was signed.

What he failed to tell me was that apparently he just charges a flat $72.50 per hour per employee that was here. And he sent three ladies, not two. They were only in the home for a total of two hours…not four and he wanted to charge me a total of $380.63 for those two hours.

Over the phone I had let him know that I had to move my things into the apartment already and that I only wanted the ladies to focus on the kitchen and my two bathrooms, that’s it. That they just needed a deep clean, the baseboards were dirty, the inside of the cabinets and drawers were dirty, behind the fridge was dirty, etc. I wanted them to just focus on the details and the nooks and cranny’s. He made me feel heard and like they were capable of getting the job done.

Then I came home. I have yet to go through the bathrooms and to be honest I’m scared. None of my baseboards were wiped. The cabinets still had sticky stuff on them. They didn’t bother cleaning out my pantry at all. They moved my fridge to “clean” behind it, cracked my linoleum and proceeded to put the fridge back without cleaning behind it at all. Had I known it would be this bad I would have done it myself. I’ve asked for a refund considering that they didn’t even cover what was promised in the proposal. But have yet to hear anything. Who knows if I’ll get my $290 back. Just beware…apparently you have to really watch as they clean. No attention to detail. Very disappointed. After a difficult move, and such a hectic week all I wanted was to come home this weekend and start moving my things in. Instead, I now have to deep clean my kitchen. While everyone was kind and polite, this was the biggest waste of money. I should have just done it myself.

Most of the content I took were videos of my recleaning the unit to show Sergio that it wasn’t clean so I could get a refund. So I had to take screenshots from the videos. These photos are also only from my kitchen..I haven’t even started on the bathrooms yet.

Royal Cleaning Co. has always done a wonderful job for me. Sergio and Lorena and their staff are excellent. I’ve used other cleaning companies and individuals before and nothing compares. They stand behind their work and always make sure I’m happy with their job. Very reliable, prompt, professional and a consistent result every time. I appreciate that they always send me a text several days before and always get back to me promptly with any questions. Highly recommend this company!

Sandra and Veronica did a great job with cleaning the kitchen in my home. They were efficient and thorough. The staff member who helped me both times to set up service with this company's name is Lorena and she is excellent also. Very professional and communicative. Also kind/compassionate.

I was pretty resistant to cleaning services because I feel awkward with people in the house but Royal Cleaning Co. has been worth it both times. I had two bathrooms cleaned last month and then today the kitchen. Also I find their prices more reasonable than other companies.

We had contacted royal cleaning services for move out cleaning. The experience was simply seamless. Sergio had come a day before, for the inspection and assured they will take care of the cleaning in best possible manner.
