Great customer service! We had an issue on a Sunday because we tripped a breaker and the tech walked us through on the phone to find the simple fix. Saved us on a hot day!

I had an emergency today, of course problems always occur on the hottest days 🫠. I contacted all star’s 24hr line, and a tech called me back with 20 min. Nick was the one who called me, and he was kind enough to get on a FaceTime call with me, and we troubleshot what we could. In the process, we narrowed it down, and resolved the issue! In a time when I hear horror stories about customers getting up charged for unnecessary work, etc, experiences like this restore my faith in people and companies doing the right thing! Thank you Nick for such great help!

The All Star team (John, Ky, Aaron, Gabe, Jeff, and Parker) did their work quickly and efficiently. In less than 48 hours we had a new Trane furnace and heat pump installed, the ducts cleaned, everything set up, and soon the system was blasting cool air into our home. John did a good job of leading the team, who were quiet, respectful of our home, and seemed to get along well as a group. From our first contact with Mike Lunan, who wrote our estimate, to the writing of the contract, scheduling through Paige in the office, to today, when John walked us through the components of our new system and showed us how to use the controller, we were very impressed with everyone at All Star. They communicated with us impeccably throughout the process. Kudos to the team! We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I loathe crappy workmanship. These guys/gals, everyone, most especially John, their ducting expert, were SUPER from estimate to refurbishing an old, idiosyncratic furnace's bizarre electric and dead dampers to clean up. They did exactly what I asked for, and exactly what they promised. I highly recommend All Star.

We have used All-Star for years and highly recommend them. The staff (from the person scheduling to the technician) are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Nick came out the day after we lost power and he was wonderful! When there is an urgent situation they do their best to respond quickly.
