Very transparent communication. Ryan came by to assess the work and explained patiently about different options. The price is very reasonable from the estimate. Fate did a great job replacing the PRV, main valve and water heater. The whole process was very smooth and Fate cleaned up all the debris after the installation. Things are working great so far. Will definitely go to lighthouse for future plumbing needs.

Lighthouse Plumbing did an excellent job upgrading our plumbing to meet city code. We hired them to upgrade our hot water heater and to replace numerous valves throughout our home. Ryan, who gave us the estimate, was incredibly thorough and clearly explained all the changes required for permitting. Fate, the plumber, was very professional--he worked efficiently and the quality of his work was excellent. The project passed the final city inspection with no issues which made the whole process stress-free. From start to finish, the team was professional and the customer service was impressive. Lighthouse Plumbing would get 1000 STARS if Google allowed it. Donald and Ogden were professional, knowledgeable and to top it off personable! I live in community that dosen't have individual water system. I had just moved to a different location within the community and was made aware that the water location is in a strange spot and it rises slightly above ground and to make sure no one drives over it as it would snap off the connection and it wouldn't be a good situation. When it got down to below freezing a few days ago, I switched out the hose to a heater hose to keep from freezing the pipes, thought I was being proactive to avoid disaster. The hose was 10 inches to short and I was going to get an extension hose to connect it and thought it was all good being open for a day, nobody was coming over that I was aware of. Well it just so happened that a delivery that was 3 weeks late, arrived without notice and of course ran over the darn thing and snapped it off, and didn't tell me. I come home at 11 to a lake, but with the "ATMOSPHERIC RIVER" in action kinda blew it off for a minute until I thought wait a minute it really didn't rain that much to have lake Erie in my driveway. Went back out to check the water connection and sure enough bubbling out was the source to Lake Erie. I kinda panic but not really, I know where the shut off key is to the water main, I'll just shut it off. It's midnight not many ppl will know they don't have water, I'll diy to hold til morning and all will be well right? Well of course that is not what happened. The fire department had to come shut the water off, I couldn't move the key. Thank you Snohomish Fire Department for always being there for the community, you guys rock! I neverminded calling you guys for help because you all should have your own calendar. They came out twice! Once to shut it off and once to turn it on once I figured a way to contain, ok kinda contain, the water. It went from Lake Erie to the Snohomish River with the "ATMOSPHERIC RIVER" happening. I'll be paying the water bill probably for the rest of my life, that's ok at least ppl would have the option to shower and make coffee and change babies with warm wash cloths, not icy cold wet wipes. At 9 o'clock, as agreed upon, Donald and Ogden arrive. Donald had called me to tell me he might be a little late due to the "ATMOSPHERIC RIVER" flooding, which for me is a HUGE plus for the courtesy call. That's a whole nother story. So they arrive, assess, and kicked butt. The water was off for an hour and a half. They made it so I no longer have to check my water line everything someone pulls in. Added a spliter so I can water plants and not have to disconnect and connect to use a hose and worry it's going to get broken. All in all even when the outlook is bad, it's all good no matter what. It feels like Christmas to me today, so Merry Christmas to all, especially Donald, Ogden and the hot Firemen of Snohomish. You've made my day brighter. Thank you so MUCH!

Lighthouse was fantastic. We had an emergency leak under our kitchen sink, and they arrived quickly and saved the day. Donald was great to work with — professional, clear, and patient as he walked us through the issue and laid out all our options. After the discovery of mold under our floor prompted the remodel of our bathroom, we called Lighthouse to come out and take a look. Ryan came out quickly to give an estimate and get our project on the books, which was great because going without a downstairs bathroom has been a pain.

The job has involved a lot of separate steps, but on the first day Bradyn and Ryan both showed up early in the morning and talked things through with me. Ryan would be back later to help to set the new tub, but Bradyn would handle the majority of the work that day (the piping for the bath/shower, toilet, and sink).

Bradyn did a great job with the project! He asked me a couple questions throughout the day to determine my preferred solution to things that he encountered but was largely independent and stayed to work until everything was done.

The contractor who's going to be installing flooring/vanity was very pleased with the work and said that Bradyn had done a great job with the install and in leaving enough space for the subfloor to be re-installed.

It's fair to say that when most homeowners need to call a plumber, they aren't having a great day. Jaime arrived with the kind of positive attitude and good cheer that didn't pretend my pain wasn't real, but instead said, "I got you". As we peeled back the skin of my house, carving out rotting wood and waterlogged insulation that was older than he was, that never wavered. In the end, the pipe was fixed and the water put back in it's place, and life goes on, but the journey was better because Jaime was there. If you have a plumbing problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find him, maybe you can hire Jaime.

Daniel at Lighthouse provided a few options at different price points and after listening to my concerns came up with a better repair plan than the other companies at a competitive price. We have a baby, so he was thoughtful and texted me upon arrival instead of ringing the doorbell. He arrived on time, completed the job quicker than I anticipated, showed me photos of the work after completion, and left the place clean and gate closed.
