4 Trees were removed... 1 Large Silver Maple, 2 Very Tall Cedars, and 1 Smaller Katsura. Stump grinding was also performed...

I had three estimates for tree removal and only one of them actually showed. Their estimate was very reasonable and the person doing the estimate was very professional. They did exactly what I asked them to do which was just bring the tree down and I would deal with the rest. They even ended up moving some things that I had neglected. Even just downing the tree they made a really good effort of segregating the wood by size. I can in good conscience highly recommend this company to do tree work and will keep them in my contacts list for any future pruning.

Altaview was amazing to work with! Brenda was so organized with the permits and processes. They removed a very large (70-80 ft) dead tree and trimmed a huge maple. They were timely, efficient, professional, and very kind. They even cleaned up a lot of the debris and everything is so tidy. I got quotes from multiple company's and Altaview's prices were extremely reasonable, and they were so much more personable than anyone else. I would (and will) hire them again for any tree removal, pruning, or maintenance services going forward!!!

No one wants to pay to have trees cut down but if you have to do it- these are your guys. I really liked them a lot , so professional, 6 guys showed up, got everything down, cleared and cleaned. It started with a nightmare.

We could do nothing as we watched a tree fall onto our new deck. Worse still, another tree broke near the stump and leaned toward our house. A lone, skinny tree branch high up on another tree was the only thing holding it back. And because of the windstorm that just hit our area, every tree service was busy and couldn't come out on the day of the incident. Finally, three long, sleepless days later, we had several tree services, along with Brenda from Altaview, come out and give us a quote to take down the leaning tree and clean up the fallen tree.

We chose Altaview Tree Service for its competitive price and flexibility, but most of all, we felt that Brenda really cared about our situation.

Brenda was very friendly and empathetic. I truly felt as if she cared about the situation as much as I did. She was trying to see if she could get her crew to come to our house that same day after they finished their job, but it was getting late, and with safety concerns with the leaning tree, she offered to try to work on it the next day after talking to her customers. Fortunately, she could squeeze us in for the next day after working with her customers to reschedule non-emergency work.

Her crew came earlier than expected the next day and worked through the rain to cut it down. The team of five or six people was very professional and very organized.

We worked with Altaview Tree Service for the emergency tree removal, the fallen tree clean-up, other dead tree, and branch removals, and stump grinding. Every step of the way, Brenda and her crew were exceptional and professional, and the depth of gratitude I cannot express enough.

We bought our house because we had a backyard forest, and now, I'll be checking in with Brenda every couple of years to do some maintenance work. I can't imagine going anywhere for our tree needs except for Altaview Tree Service.

Highly recommend NorthWest Best Tree Care. Gilberto Flores came out the same day that I called to give us an estimate. We had 8 Douglas Fir trees that needed to be cleaned up from all the dead branches - some about 80 feet up! They were able to do the job 3 business days later. They were on time, and completed the job in the time that they thought it would take. They cleaned up after. Very pleasant experience all around. Have already recommended this company to friends and would definitely use them again.
