The technician was excellent. Did a great diagnostic and replace what is believed to be the parts causing the problem. He was fast and efficient would recommend him in the future.

My dryer stopped working on Wednesday, I called InstaFix Thursday evening and by Friday noon the young man was able to find the problem and replace the parts. Also he was so quick with dismantling and putting it all back together again. I was very surprised. Very good customer service.

The technician literally went on youtube to see what was happening with the error on my DW and explained to me with the same video I used to call them on to tell them the issue. Waste of time.

Our dryer just smoked after 9 years, and I reached out to InstaFix over email. Mike reached out to me immediately and scheduled a time the next day. Super impressed with his diagnostics, and he gave me his honest opinion whether we wanted to fix it, or buy a new one as it was a relatively expensive (>$500) repair. After doing some research of replacing we decided to get it repaired as they don't make these Extra Large Dryers anymore. Mike got back to us within couple of days with all new OEM parts and made the Dryer look like brand new. Appreciate your honest, prompt, thorough and clean job. Highly recommend Mike and their service.
