James and Lenny were awesome. They worked quickly to replace our breaker panel and install an EV charging outlet. They left my home cleaner than they found it. We had a couple challenges early on (due only to how the house was constructed) but they found a great solution and made sure to walk me through it all so I understood what they did and why! Super professional and would 1000% call them if we needed future work done.

Prompt and friendly. I called Fuller Electric in Federal Way to evaluate and do maintenance on my Generac house generator, which had not run for 2 years. The technician, Ted, showed up on time and did a thorough evaluation of the entire system, then gave me 4 options for improvements and maintenance. Ted was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me as I asked numerous questions. The generator was running again quickly. I paid a very reasonable price for the work done. I am very satisfied and will call Fuller Electric again when I have an electrical problem. I would ask for Ted again if he is available.

James came today and besides being very knowledgeable and professional, he was an absolutely awesome person. Within an hour, he had our circuits working and had options and ideas available for future work, if we were interested.

I feel like we may have found our new long-term electrician.

Found Fuller Electric at the Home Show a two weeks ago. They promptly set me up with an appointment to discuss my needs. My electrician James came out to assess what I needed. James was very friendly and knowledgeable. (And I had a lot of questions!) He was able to answer them one by one and provided me with detailed information. He presented me with multiple solutions for my needs. I appreciated the detailed time that he took with me. I would recommend James and Fuller Electric for your electrical needs as they are very skilled and knowledgeable!

Had Fuller install a new plug/circuit a while ago. Handed them the manual for the piece of equipment so they could refer to its electrical requirements ( I didn't want to give them bad info). What the equipment needed was a 50 amp circuit and a 6-50R receptacle (Pg 2 of the manual). What they installed was a 30 amp circuit with a 14-30R receptacle. So I'm going to have someone else redo that entire circuit.

Other work was ok, I guess you just have to be very clear, be very knowledgeable about the electrical work you need, and double check their work before giving it the okay.

Ted from Fuller Electric installed an EcoFlow smart panel, inverter and two large batteries for us, to serve as backup power in the event of an outage. Ted was AWESOME! He worked diligently to get the entire job done in one way, and it seemed to be a multi-day job. The end result is fantastic - perfect installation of the new smart panel on the wall and flawless kicking on of the batteries when the home power is off. I highly recommend.

From the moment I contacted Fuller Electric, I have been treated with positive energy. The person taking my call was a delight to talk with and very easy to schedule an appointment with. An electrician was able to come out in less than a week. James showed up on the early side of the quoted arrival window and was courteous and polite. He listened to my list of needs and their relative importance to me. He came up with 3 scenarios of work items and did not try to push me into a higher priced scenario when I chose the minimum option for right now. When my schedule allows, I will have them back to tackle the heftier tasks on my list. It was a very good encounter for my first use of this company!

Nick did an excellent job installing my camera. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The installation was clean and efficient, and he took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend Nick for any electrical or camera installation needs.

We had a wonderful experience with Fuller Electric and electrician Jason Burchell. He set up several flood light cameras for us which required a lot of trouble shooting and new wiring. We were impressed with his expertise and appreciated how quickly he was able to work through and finish the job. Fuller electric was professional and responsive for scheduling, payment and to discuss options for the service. We appreciate all the help and highly recommend fuller electric!

Casey did an awesome job installing our Chargepoint EV unit. He was super knowledgeable, made sure the wiring wasn't intrusive, and got us up and running in no time. Highly recommend.

Wow! I am in customer service, and as a Captain at El Gaucho since 2007, I would say I can tell when it’s being done at the highest level. John was a true Pro! He assessed the wiring situation, complicated over the years by many different people, and untangled it, making sure of the quality of work. He explained his process as he worked, and executed an amazing job. So now, not only do I have my master bedroom on a dedicated Ethernet connection, but I know what is going on electrically throughout my home! Fuller electric is lucky to have someone with such an eye for detail and work ethic as John does. Thank you!!

Jason Burchell from Fuller Electric was prompt, arrived the time set. He installed new bathroom fan, cleaned up after job was done. He also replaced fan forced heater breaker. Both jobs excellent service. Love my new bathroom fan. Thank Jason for an awesome job. I will definitely use Fuller Electric again if I need electrical work done.

Fuller electric was incredible! They came out the following week for a consult and started the job the same day! Even got my heaters installed the next day which we’re so happy about!
