General Contractor reviews in Federal Way, Washington

Excellent work and friendly service! Will definitely reach out to Severo in the future. Highly recommended.

AGC totally transformed my front and back yards! Their professionalism really comes through in every detail. The handmade wooden garden box is amazing (my neighbors are asking about it!), and the tree trimming and treatment were perfectly executed. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable - I chose them after getting quotes from four different landscaping companies. I feel so lucky to have found the AGC team and highly recommend their services!

From a dilapidated porch to a magnificent new deck, the transformation is unbelievable. The team's expertise in outdoor construction is evident. They exceeded our expectations in every way.

This construction company really stands out! Their customer service is top-notch, always friendly and ready to help. The team works with impressive skill and efficiency on every task. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end, all thanks to their dedicated crew and focus on the client.

They built our dream home faster than we ever thought possible! The incredibly quick turnaround, paired with their meticulous attention to detail, made this an outstanding experience from start to finish. They truly know how to deliver quality construction on time, making them a fantastic choice for any project.

Professional and reliable general construction company. They tackled a complex ADU conversion in our garage. The finished unit is spacious and modern - we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Lior promised and delivered a full demolition then all new cabinets, counter tops, tiled back splash and lighting in two weeks. Rodolfo and team did excellent work on the appliances and back splash tiling. We have an amazing finished product that we'll enjoy for years to come!

I wish I could leave zero Stars. All I can say is if you enter into any kind of deal with these people you're looking for trouble. They are the most dishonest Shady dealings I've ever seen in my life. I didn't want to get a quote because I was looking at doing some stuff in the future but they said prices are going up get a quote now it's good for a year. But when the high pressure salesman came to my house with their Rolexes they wouldn't give me a quote. Instead they just demean me for not making a deal right now I said I would like to think about it for one day. They said nothing to think about sign now. When I finally asked him to leave they cussed and snapped their hands around and bunch of weird body language on camera I wish I could post it. Very angry. And by the time they left their quote went from 28,000 all the way down to 12,000 and then somebody called me a couple days later saying they could offer me even a better deal than that for the same work. So one thing is for sure the price they give you is not a fair price. Not if they can go from 28 to 12:00 in less than 20 minutes. By the way the two other contractors who gave me a quote for the same work we're right around that $12,000 range get a few quotes for whatever work you need but I would beg you do not get a quote from this company they are shady Shady Shady. And I keep checking my King County records to see if they're going to steal my house or something because these people are really shady. I can't even get into it in this review how much other shadiness was involved in this deal

Lior maintained good communication throughout the project (deck replacement); provided status updates on materials orders, the team's work schedule, and status of where they are at the end of each workday. The crew also did a great job installing the deck. They showed proper respect to our property and tried to minimize interruption to our activity as much as they can, which was very helpful as I was working out of my house. They completed the project on time and on budget. And cleaned up properly afterward. They were professional and did excellent work.

Replacing rotted deck joists was a necessary safety fix and they were very honest about which boards needed to go and which could stay. They didn't try to upsell us on a whole new deck when a repair was all we needed.

We were blown away by how quickly this construction project was wrapped up, all while maintaining top-notch quality. The crew's professionalism shone through every day – they were courteous, neat, and clearly knew their stuff. The best part? Their cleanup was outstanding. They removed every last piece of debris, leaving our space looking pristine. It was a fantastic experience with a company that truly values both efficiency and impeccable results.

I’m seriously impressed with Palm Construction! We recently brought them on board for a pretty big home renovation, and I have to say, the price was amazing. We got quotes from a few different companies, and Palm Construction's estimate stood out as being much more budget-friendly while still delivering top-notch quality. The team was super professional, the work was solid, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re in the market for reliable construction work that won’t empty your wallet, these are definitely the folks to call!

My kitchen met and exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasure working with everyone involved, from the removal of the old kitchen to the installation. I highly recommend Palm Construction.

After a bad experience with another contractor, we were nervous about undertaking our kitchen remodel. But this team changed our perspective completely. They were very fast and professional I recommend them 100%

Our custom deck is perfect! They listened to our ideas and delivered exactly what we dreamed of. Professional, friendly service and excellent workmanship. Five stars

After a long period of considering a remodel, I finally decided to go with these guys, and honestly, it’s one of the best choices I’ve made. They are truly dedicated to their craft. I can’t thank you enough for the amazing work; it’s really impressive. They absolutely deserve this recognition and so many more referrals.

Excellent experience with Palm Construction. The team was punctual, professional, and focused on quality. Everything was completed smoothly with results we truly appreciate

Excellent work Kitchen cabinets and the peninsula are a dream. The very competitive price-quality ratio. We recommend this company 100%. We are very grateful and happy

I can’t praise Palm Construction enough! We brought them on board for an addition to our home, and the whole experience was a breeze. Their communication was top-notch, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. They even finished the project ahead of schedule, and the cost was surprisingly affordable given the high quality of work they delivered. It’s not often you find such a perfect blend of quality and affordability. If you’re in the Federal Way or Seattle area, Palm Construction is definitely the go-to choice for trustworthy and budget-friendly construction
