We had northwest expert heating put in a mini split in our playroom addition in the house. The crew did a great job from start to finish. Rod did the electrical part of the work, and he did a great job and in a very fast time. Also Bryce, did the installation part of the mini split, he did a great job and explained everything and cleaned up well. Thank you guys for the great work!

Nathan came out today and got our AC up and running. He was kind, patient, and told us about all of our options. We went with a fix and my house is so nice and cool. Great experience and would recommend this company to others.

We can't express enough our thanks to Northwest Expert Heating & Cooling for their prompt and professional service. Our furnace and heat pump were due for a tune-up. We had been having some questions about the thermostat registering indoor temperature correctly and even had started to use the non-programable setting to get a more steady supply of heat to our home. Glen was the first to visit. Very professional and focused, he set us at ease with his easy going manner, listened to our concerns, checked everything out and made an adjustment to the temperature setting on the thermostat. He restarted the system and everything seemed to be working. We were all satisfied with his work and explanations and, since it was now dark and at the end of his workday, he went on his way. About an hour afterwards, we realized the heat pump was not putting out heat, though the thermostat said it was engaged and the fan was working. We manually engaged the furnace (EM Heat) and had heat for the night. We called the next morning to report what had transpired and they assured us that they would have someone out that day. Beau (and Charlie) showed up and diagnosed, after some time, that the fault lay in the thermostat (although reading in operation, the signal in fact was not being sent to the outdoor unit). They replaced it and all is well.

We were impressed with everyone who came out, and with the staff who took our calls as it seemed they all had our best interest at heart: to have heat during this cold season; and, that they be known as a company of high integrity from the office to field technicians. They have engendered in us a trust in their ability to respond and serve with the highest integrity. And on this day of Thanksgiving, we are grateful we have heat and highly recommend this company.

We had 2 mini split systems installed recently to finish out summer with a more efficient cooling system and be ahead of the cold season with a more reliable heat source ( our previous source was a janky ventless gas fireplace) . So far we couldnt be happier. The cooling systems are fantastic. The 2 work very well together at keeping the whole house nice and cool on these hot days. The install was relatively quick but thorough. They ran the systems for about 30 minutes to make sure everything worked as intended. One of the technicians, Ian answered what few questions we had and made sure we knew how to operate our new setup. They cleaned up the site as they went. Great service, highly recommend.

Northwest Expert Heating is the best and most reasonable heating cooling company I have ever worked with. From sales through implementation of project, everything was expertly handled. Nathan in sales, was thorough on exactly how the heat pump system works, including how the thermostat works (which we video and use). Julie, Amanda & Emily (office personnel) are very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Overall a 10+ company.

I highly recommend using this HVAC company. Excellent service from receiving the marketing material in the mail, all the way through the installation of our new Amana (very quiet and efficient heat pump with wifi smart thermostat) and our air new air handler and custom duct work, electrical panel upgrade and custom drainage. Installation began only 2 days after receiving the on site same day estimate from Christopher who just happens to be their extremely knowledgeable G.M. and the entire project only took a day and a few hours to complete from a well choreographed install. Extremely professional installers and electrician and the front office ladies handling the scheduling and credit & new customer set up. I will use this company in the future and refer them to anyone needing HVAC work. Looking forward to the much lower heating bills compared to the old oil furnace that they dismantled and hauled away and nice cool summers.

3 years ago had them installed AC unit to my residential house and experience is unforgivable! Price is great but most importantly customer service is amazing. Now they are installing two AC units on our commercial building and once again the experience I’m having is outstanding. They are on time! Very reliable! Can not be more happier! Serhii and Viktor were both amazing and professionals. They worked quietly and efficiently, and completed the furnace and AC installation in record time. I was impressed with their work ethic and skill. A day before I get quote from Chris and Next day Serhii and Victor come to install. I was surprised how Professional and quick they are.

Quick and thorough installation of Heat pump, Furnace and Tankless water heater. Hard workers and respectful of property. Besides having to clean up some trash and debris, I am satisfied with the install. Thank you Viktor, Rod, Roman and the one other worker that helped.

Charles did an excellent job with the furnace maintenance and filter swap. He explained everything he was doing and had a very pleasant and professional manner.

Got an estimate on Wednesday and had installers out on Friday. Just installed an AC unit for Central Furnace. Not an easy install, it took 2 guys full day plus electrician couple hours. We now have cool air blowing out of our vents.

We had to replace our heating system. The whole process was very pleasant even though this is not something we planned on doing right now. The initial appointment was set within a couple of days, the representative who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the installers were amazing. They were professional, respectful, talented and friendly. I’m extremely happy with the installation and how it looks. They took the time to listen to my concerns and ideas and offered recommendations, backed by experience. We are very pleased with the whole experience provided by NW Experts Heating & Cooling.
