Insulation Contractor reviews in Federal Way, Washington

Had some issues with rodent intrusion in our attic and had another company who initially installed new insulation and couldn't troubleshoot our rodent issues. Highly recommend Attic Crawl, they did amazing work and we haven't had any issues since. Great pricing as well.

We had noise issues in our new roof. Not sure if it's rodents, squirrels, birds, etc. Alex came out here and did the inspection. He was very very thorough. Alex climbed to the top of the roof and took a lot of pictures and video. He is very friendly and very polite and professional.
I highly recommend Alex.

Alex and his crew were wonderful to work with! They were prompt, efficient, skilled and friendly. Their pricing was extremely competitive. We had a pre-sale house inspection done and the inspector was impressed with how good the attic and crawl space looked.

Alex was able to get us scheduled for the next day. It was a very affordable price and they did an excellent job of removing rodent droppings and sanitizing a small crawlspace for us. They went above and beyond. Would highly recommend Attic Crawl.

I highly recommend Attic Crawl! Alex came out to provide us an estimate the same day we called. Jessie and his crew did an amazing job on our attic today and we will have them return to service our crawl space soon. They took the time to answer all our questions and cleaned the worksite thoroughly.

They were punctual, thorough and provided great communication. We had them do work on our attic initially and they came back to do our crawl space - we are very impressed with both!

They took the the time to thoroughly explain what they're doing, taking before and after photos and answering all our questions. It's a relief to know that these projects were done well and by people we can trust. We wouldn't hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

Alex came with his team and all the materials ready to work early in the morning! They didn’t stop until the work was done, they did an amazing job, I have zero complaints, we are very pleased with the results. 100% recommended

"Absolutely stellar service from start to finish! The team at Attic Crawl completely transformed our attic. Not only did they expertly remove every trace of mold, but they also installed top-notch insulation, making our home more energy-efficient than ever before. The entire process was seamless, efficient, and done with the utmost professionalism. Our attic looks and feels brand new, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of mold removal and insulation!"

Excellent company. I got quotes from a few other companies . Definitely made the right choice. Alex the owner explained everything and offered a few different options to save money. Price was definitely less than the other companies. Transparent pricing and different payment options. Then a few days before coming, Danny called and checked if the day scheduled was ok. He was professional and great communication. I appreciate that. Did an excellent job and everything that was agreed upon. Highly recommend this company.

Attic Crawl was a wonderful company to work with on our attic mold remediation, rodent-proofing, and insulation project. Alex and Melissa were very friendly, professional, knowledgable, and flexible. We had to reschedule the estimate appointment and had a lot of questions about different insulation products, and they took everything in stride and offered us very responsive service. The crew who performed the work on-site were also great to work with, and the before and after photos show that the work was done well. We especially appreciate that they let us know that they had mis-estimated the amount of insulation we needed but didn't charge us for the balance. Great quality, great value.

I chose Attic Crawl to update my attic insulation to meet current codes and to insulate my crawl space, and I'm so glad I did! From the start, Alex was responsive and professional. He promptly came out to inspect my attic and crawl space, and rather than pushing a sale, he took the time to educate me on all the options, explaining the pros and cons in detail.

After reviewing several bids, it was clear that Alex’s expertise and competitive pricing made Attic Crawl the best choice. When the job was scheduled, his team—Jesse, Victor, and the rest of the crew—arrived on time and did an outstanding job. They were extremely thorough in their preparation, carefully laying down plastic to protect the floors/home. The team installed both the attic and crawl space insulation with great attention to detail and precision. They also made sure to clean up meticulously afterward, which was especially important to us as we have a newborn at home.

Since the installation, our home feels significantly more comfortable. Alex even returned a week later to inspect the work and ensure everything was perfect, which truly went above and beyond my expectations.

I highly recommend Attic Crawl for anyone in need of insulation services. Thank you, Alex and team, for your exceptional service!

This is a great team, high efficient, transparent, responsive and diligent. The crew worked professionally on replacing The whole insulation and vapor barrier in my crawlspace.

Definitely highly recommend if you are considering similar project.

Alex is a stand up guy. Extremely helpful and truly cares about people. Very responsive communication and overall great attitude. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him

Alex and his team helped to re-do the attic insulation. The price is unbeatable, and his team are punctual and professional. Before they started to work, they also carefully covered my bedroom. Get all the work done in one day.

They did a great job cleaning out my very dirty crawl space, sealing rodent access points and installing a new vapor barrier, for a competitive price. Alex was a great communicator, very knowledgeable, and told me exactly what should be done in terms of clean-up and insulation, without any exaggerations or unnecessary up-selling. I very much appreciated his honesty. Jesse, the project manager, was also very kind and efficient. He made sure to let me know about a small pipe leak they found in the crawl space, which I was then able to fix soon afterwards. My crawl space is now very clean! Great service - highly recommend.

Great experience with Alex, very professional and fast turnaround time. Got rodent in my attic and they help me on rodent proofing. They also treat the mold as well, making my attic as good as new.

I highly recommend attic crawl. There prices are competitive. We went with them because they offered a warranty. They were conscientious and lovely to work with. They did a wonderful job cleaning up and reinsulating our crawl space. Again, I highly recommend them.

Great service from Attic Crawl! Alex and his team completed some mold remediation and installed a solar fan for us. We are very pleased with the experience. They were easy to work with and communicative throughout the process. We would certainly hire them again, if needed. Alex was very transparent with us from the inspection all the way through the finished product.

We had squirrels in our attic. Despite sealing up all access points, the squirrels chewed their way back in. We contacted Attic Crawls, and Jesse came out to inspect tte attic. He found multiple nests, and he found likely openings. The crew came out, inspected the outside of our home and found two new openings. They resealed the exterior and removed the nests. Their team members were great. They were hardworking, friendly and professional. And Melissa, the office manager, was great to work with in scheduling our work. Attic Crawls is a great company!

Alex did a world-class job in my house. This review is one year after his work, and I just want to mention that every time I go to my house attic, I appreciate his and his crew's top-notch work. If you need attic and crawl space work and want to work with an honest, knowledgeable, and very fair person, do not hesitate and call Alex.

We got quotes from different insulation companies but in the end, we chose Alex and his team and we are very happy with the work they have done - based on their expertise, punctuality, cleanliness, thoroughness and price.

He provided options that would work for our budget and listened to our concerns. He was able to schedule us when we needed the timing to work. The team gave updates as they did the work. We also got before and after pictures which we appreciated since who can really tell what was done in their attic.

We definitely recommend Attic Crawl for attic insulation. We usually doubt 5 star reviews but there is a reason why with Attic Crawl

After a few different bids we went with Attic Crawl. The experience and honesty they demonstrated throughout the process (which was long because I don't like to rush major decisions) was unmatched! The prompt, courteous responses coupled with the exceptional industrial knowledge is what sold me on this company. As far as the work, they were early on the day (a good sign) and even though they had some challenges with what had been accumulated over the 80 years that my attic has been around, they still completed the job in one day. They provided updates throughtout the process and kept me up to date on the progress. Truly exceptional work and the attention to detail was absolutely marvelous. 5 stars 10 out of 10, would recommend!
