Moving And Storage reviews in Federal Way, Washington

Great customer service! Dave, the moving coordinator, made a visit to the home to assess the move and prepare a quote. Shaynn arrived promptly on moving day and handled items with care; and the same was true on delivery day.

Wonderful experience, Dave was great to deal with and the crew was very professional

Mark and Trevor did a wonderful job very professional ! Highly recommend !!

Great team! Outstanding professionalism displayed! Good attention to details.

The movers were on time and EXTREMELY proficient. They worked in tandem with each other and my job ended up only taking 4 hours instead of 6. And they took exceptional care of my piano, which was really challenging as they had to get it up a flight of stairs. They get my business again!

This is one of the best and most professional team in the USA!!!! Working with them is always great and communication is top notch. Well deserved 5 stars. If I could give more I would. Brandon is great at what he does!! The office staff Dave and Haley are also great!

The team were super helpful in my recent move. They came out to give me an accurate quote and within 1 business day sent it out for approval. On the day of the move, they movers were incredibly efficient and my apartment was cleared out in a little over an hour. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to move in the area and I will absolutely be using them again if I ever move in the future(hopefully no time soon!)

Mark, Ryan and the guys were great, took a lot of care in packing, loading and delivering. Plans and timing were all communicated clearly. Best of all everything made it to its new home safely and in excellent condition. I would absolutely use the again.

Haley and Mark made a stressful day much easier to navigate. I appreciate all the hard work and assistance.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about the moving crew of Mark, Ryan, and Sam. They are the nicest, most professional, and hardest working movers we have ever had!
And they took excellent care of our belongings! I must also add that Haley, the office manager and coordinator, has also been a delight to work with! She is most efficient, kind and helpful.
You can actually see her smiling through the phone!
This is a company you can trust to take care of you at the most stressful time! I wish them all the very best! Thank you!

Robert and Levi did a great job!

Two experienced men managed to move the contents of my 2-bedroom house quickly and carefully to the truck and then, to my new condo. This included some difficult pieces, such as a 205-pound Murphy cabinet bed. They were great - arrived on time and got down to business immediately. Experience really counts. I tried inexperienced movers recently and it was not worth it. I’ll use Olympic again.

They were able to accommodate on a very short notice for moving. Great customer service!

Extremely professional and careful crews and Dave, Haley Rose, and Danny were just fantastic to deal with.

The team was great and friendly. They showed up early and knocked out my move with no issues.

Great service providing white glove deliveries. I highly recommend Olympic Moving for any moving needs.

James, Tino, Ryan and Pablo did an awesome job! Fast and Total pros

Expert skills , great service, very patient and diligent in their efforts. Would use again. Mark was great to work with.

I think the guys were great. You did a wonderful job. The only reason I don't give him a 5 is because my TV was broken. I think they did it by accident. I don't think they truly meant to

The entire move out/ move in process was smooth and straightforward. Scheduling was easy, the packing and moving process was efficient. From start to finish, every person involved in our move demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency. A move is never easy but the Olympic team was great. Their hard work, kindness and logistics knowledge made our move as stress free as possible. Thank you!

Trevor was fantastic to work with and Dave is a swell guy. They both made working with Olympic seemingly easy and will definitely use them again.
