Told me I was getting 1/2 cord of seasoned wood instead I got a full cord of wet icy wood and we believe he waited to deliver the wood till after it got dark so we wouldn't be able to tell it was wet.

I called on a Thursday to have some trees cut down, a bush trimmed, and a big tree pruned. They came Friday afternoon and did an amazing job! They were extremely helpful and knew what they were doing!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came across them working at another home and was given the card and some brief information. I was told to call and leave a message and they would get back to me. I called the same night where David(one of the owners) answered and told me to call back and leave message with address etc and that he would get back to me but probably be there Saturday to give me a bid. So I called back did as instructed and never saw or heard back from them. The following Monday I texted asking about customer service any correlation to the work that they do. Never heard from them back until another day had passed and he said he would be there in the late afternoon. I asked which day, he said today and that he would be there at 4PM. At 4:15PM I texted asking if he was still coming, no response. At 3:30 I called he said he was 3 minutes away.(Side note that when he answered completely laughing and not so professional) Still a no show, so I called again at 4:50PM and left a message due to this time no answering at all(more unprofessionalism). Thus leading me to this poor rating(based on customer service alone).
