First off Chris is a professional electrician through and through. In fact, he was the second electrician that came to my house for GFCI work. The first electrician came by, said all my outlets worked. When I told him my refrigerator still does not have power, he said, “ The next time I come here, it’ll cost you 5K for me to do a thorough inspection.” OMG a horrible experience, with spoiled food, and having higher expectations coupled with trust issues for the next electrician. Thank goodness, my friend recommended Chris. He fixed all my GFCI issues and refrigerator outlet in one visit. Thankful and grateful there’s Chris that knows what he’s doing, and been servicing homes for decades.

Dishonest overpriced unprofessional work Do not hire these electricians Steve Anderson the owner doesn’t have a clue what goes on the jobs while he seems to be on vacation any time he’s needed. He doesn’t own up to mistakes made and wants you to pay to fix the sloppy bad work.

I purchased outdoor electrical heating elements from BB Electric and had them install them for me. They were knowledgable, efficient, timely and cleaned up. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had them put in a new electrical panel a year ago. Everything seems fine but I had another issue and needed an electrician so called them again. In the course of my message I said I was concerned that the issue I'm having didn't make the breaker flip. I have left 2 messages but called 4 times. They won't even return my call so I'm having to call another electrician for assistance. In the mean time I'm having to leave the breaker off to my living room and front bedrooms. Lousy customer services! I would have been a good repeat customer?
