Provided annual service to our back up generator for our electric service. Came on time and did an excellent job. Tech was very friendly, brought all the parts required and quickly performed the service. Excellent job!

Washington Energy Services installed our gas furnace about 7 years ago and they offer annual maintenance service visits. They are highly professional, courteous, and reasonably priced.

Each year, WES comes out in the fall to maintain our heat pump, furnace, and mini-split. Auburn was here this year (2025) and did a great job. He was also able to give us some suggestions on gas fireplaces, which we really appreciated.

I've replaced all 16 windows on my home over the last 8 years. Four of those windows were replaced by Washington Energy Services. I wash all of my windows every year. Never have I had a leak. Two of the Washington Energy Services windows leaked the first time I washed them, with visible water running down the back side of the window pane. They sent their service guy out and he said it was the way I was washing them and that windows will leak when washed but as long as they are not leaking when it rains, they're fine. Didn't actually seem interested in investigating the issue at all - basically told me "tough luck."

I was provided a complimentary furnace service having bought a new high efficiency Bryant furnace from WES about a year ago. The tech who performed this service was very knowledgeable and professional so two thumbs up!

Best experience ever. From the sales rep to the installers. I love, love, love my new patio door. All were very professional, great communication. Would highly recommend Washington Energy for your next project.

The technician left my house thinking that he had repaired my furnace. The furnace functioned when he left, but very feebly. Four hours later, my neighbors smelled gas and PSE confirmed that gas was leaking out from the outside furnace vent. PSE turned off the gas supply to my house because they considered the situation to be dangerous. In summary, the technician left the furnace in a very unsafe condition. The furnace has been off since then. PSE advised me that replacing the furnace was the best option.

Our furnace was not functioning and we had no heat. I called the emergency number but was not able to receive regular service until the following Wednesday (I wasn’t willing to pay the premium for immediate service). Once Jesus the serviceman arrived, he remedied our problem, activated the furnace, and answered all of our questions. Jesus was an excellent technician.

They were the only firm in the greater Seattle L-Tacoma area who could update the firmware on my Honeywell generator. Their technician arrived on time, acted very professionally, and had the firmware quickly installed.

The service representative was very knowledgeable and quickly addressed our generator's problem. His verbal report was clear and he willingly answered any questions we had.

They helped us put mini splits in our old home we sold helping us get a better house sale. On our new home they helped us with servicing our A/C and heater and sold us a plan to get help with maintenance of our heating and cooling system. Great work!

I have annual maintenance performed on multiple HVAC items. Their prices are higher than I like, but I've never had issues with their service. The technicians are always courteous, friendly, on-time and willing to answer any questions I may have. If they don't know an answer, they'll call to get the answer from a specialist within their organization.

The purchase and installation was flawless. I was told it would be about a month, it was. They came 2 days after the door came in and there were no problems. Home Depot returned my call after 2 weeks. Too late!

I experienced a nice Maintenance performance on our Generator, Water heater and Furnace. It's nice to see how efficiently Jason Buchanan works and how well he handles his tools and is organized. He did not give me any indication of stress or work time issues. He answered all my questions with understanding English. He was at work on time and left the work environment in a clean condition. I have confidence in Jason's performance and will be happy to have him back for future maintenance work.

I had my HVAC duct system cleaned and was pleased with the Technician, Phillip, who explained the process as he did each step. We have a Tankless water heater. We bought a service contract when we purchased it, and this review is for the service. First of all, we love the water heater. The rep that came out to do the service was very friendly, helpful and walked us through the whole process as he did the service. He did a good job, and kept the area clean and was very respectful of the space.

We recently had our windows replaced by Washington Energy Services and are super happy with the new windows. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and timely. Our first meeting was with Brian Schoenweiler who went over our options and quickly followed up with price quotes. This was followed by John who came out and did precise window measurements that turned out to be spot on. A team of four incredible workers did the install and all worked in harmony to ensure a perfect install. Special thanks to Dalton, Chris, LP and Juan for all they did, including a fantastic cleanup. The windows are high quality, perfectly engineered and look phenomenal. Highly recommend Washington Energy Services for quality windows and installation.
