We had two fantastic maid pros. Stephanie and Cody. We highly recommend them. They came in and wonderfully wash the dishes, clean the garbage, clean the walls, the stove, mopping, and vacuuming to perfection.

I had one of the best cleaning experiences with maid pro services!!!! I would recommend maid pro services as the best in the northwest!!! Cassie and her crew did an amazing job!!!!!

I had a large home in N. Tacoma cleaned last week by MaidPro. They came in with a team and quickly cleaned the college house that was long overdue for a deep cleaning. Communication was great and I’ve scheduled my quarterly cleanings going forward

A Shoutout to Stephanie Smith and Her Team

First, I wanted to give a shoutout to Stephanie Smith, who manages the Tacoma MaidPro location, and her dedicated crew. She was wonderful to work with and even accommodated me when my construction team delayed the completion of a few projects. Despite the challenges, we were able to get things on track, and Stephanie didn’t hesitate to fit me into her schedule.

Stephanie also asked me what I thought were great questions about my must-haves in cleaning and the primary focus areas I was most interested in. This attention to detail ensured that they focused on my specific needs while still upholding their high standards for overall cleanliness. I highlighted a few key areas in the kitchen, such as the oven, refrigerator, and washer and dryer.

Overall, I would highly recommend giving Stephanie and her team a call if you’re looking for a reliable and thorough partner to clean your home. Their professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail truly set them apart.

Cassandra and Meekha were great. They came in, verified the locations I wanted clean and they went to work. The benefit of their commercial vacuum and cleaning agents was immediately visible. I'm disabled and having someone come in and clean my home gives me a piece of mind knowing that surfaces are cleaned and the areas that are hard for me to reach have been taken care of.

This is a review for 2 services that I used. I have a duplex that I'm having new tenants move into so I needed a deep cleaning service. The main house is pretty large and the tenants did an ok job before leaving. Stephanie and her team of 4 did a great job of areas the tenants missed. They even did some other areas that I didn't ask for, such as the basement stairs.

The second unit is a smaller studio. It's a fully furnished unit and wasn't fully moved out yet. Stephanie sent Cassie and she did a great job as the place had a lot of cooking soot built up all over the kitchen area. The oven is also small and hard to clean but Cassie did a great job of getting them done.

Overall super happy with my experience. Other cleaning services would email and text spam you just asking for a quote. Others charge a flat fee rather than on size.

Stephanie was super helpful in accommodating my poor planning and short notice request for a deep cleaning. I would definitely utilize this service again. Any areas that were spotless were likely due to my lack of experience with having my home deep cleaned and making areas accessible. Super happy with the collective experience.

Cody and Cassie were outstanding! They were on time, professional and personable. We were impressed with their attention to detail and how thorough they were. This was our first experience with MaidPro and if this is the norm, we anticipate an extended relationship. Huge thanks from the Lee household. See you next week!

We are so pleased with the service we got from MaidPro! We had Cody and Quincy as our pros, and they were both fast, efficient, courteous and explained the details of the 48-point checklist very clearly. I loved that the products they use are not super fragranced. They were careful to ask before starting a vacuum or anything to make sure they were not intruding or making too much noise. We had originally set up bimonthly, but we are going to have them come weekly now because they do such a nice job and we will be able to get them to do some extra deep clean things while they are here. Stephanie made sure I understand the billing and payment, and how easy it is to change days and times, or take a break for vacations.

I am very impressed with MaidPro!!! I’ve worked with multiple cleaners in both a business and home capacity over the years & I’ve worked with great people but I’ve never experienced the level of professionalism as I’ve had with MaidPro! They do a great job and after every clean they leave a list of that happened, if they encountered any issues, etc. The staff arrives dressed professionally and are very friendly! Cassie and Stephanie did our most recent clean. If you’re looking for amazing cleaners- hire this company!

We have used Maid Pro for several months and they never disappoint. Lynette and Cassie were my team the week and they did an excellent job. They were quick, very hard working and my house was sparkling when they left. Thumbs up - highly recommend

I have been getting cleaning once a month for about 6 months now and they do a great job. Everything is clean and put in it's place and sometimes do things I wasn't expecting, like take out some old amazon boxes from earlier deliveries. Lynette and Beth have been doing a great job and would recommend to anyone.

Bethany & Tom were AWESOME! They came out to Fox Island and were on time, excellent, efficient, and helped us tremendously by taking large boxes to our dumpster since my hubby's got a bad hip and I am disabled. They finished everything and more in their scheduled time and Stephanie was kind enough to assign them to our regular cleaning schedule because we liked their team work and the way the house sparkles! Thanks so much!!!

I dont get excited about much, but when I saw Cassy pull up into the drive, aww my heart just explodes with love and Gratitude!!! This wonderful woman deep cleans like no other, she is the best thing and she listens to my needs, takes mental notes about my asthma and my Cancer issues. Sweet to the core. I just have nothing but wonderful kind things to say on this gift from God himself. Im out here in an Air B&B getting Cancer checks and blood work and this home is old and it really needed some love. She deep cleans and sterilizing everything I feel so much better with Cassy cleaning my space. I have so little energy, I can do a little and then I got to sit. But she just goes for it!!!! A steady hard worker, knows her chemical knowledge and has intuition!!!! Its a luxury to have her support at this time. What a blessing. I got my home cleaning chemicals that I love to smell and she just got excited that I was prepared and ready for her. She makes me so happy to see her. What a privilege to see a hard working person!!! The best sound I've heard all day was her scrub brush committed to the task at hand. BLESSED!!!!!
