Construction Company reviews in Gig Harbor, Washington

The attic inspection was very detailed and professional. They checked for mold, leaks, and ventilation issues. I was impressed with how thorough they were. They provided clear recommendations without any pressure. After the service, my home air quality improved a lot.

Jesse is a great contractor and they do very good work!

Jesse and his crew are easy to work with. They get the job done well and on time. We have called him for jobs big and small and we'll call him again!

Here is the problem with reviews, who are you going to believe ?
Be very careful and dig deep because there is no test for a WA state contractors license. The state of WA will give a license to anyone.
I have watched Kings do a very bad job residing our condominiums.
I am a retired General contractor with 50+ years in the trades. Kings has been in business since 2018 ?
From demolition to sheathing to house wrap to siding to caulk to paint to clean up the crew worked hard at doing the work wrong.
The job looks bad because it is badly done all the way. It was painful to watch because if they knew what they were doing it would have been easier, faster and more profitable for them.

It’s funny that these guys change their name so often when I tried to use them as King’s custom builders they were horrible to work with. They did not follow through. They did a terrible job on every aspect that they touched. Jesse, the owner is a very good salesman, but a very bad business owner. They may get lucky and complete a job, but they definitely don’t follow through like they say they do. I would avoid working with this business and I would make sure that you check every single aspect of a construction company before hiring them. If you do business with these guys, they are very likely to try to sue you

I needed my attic and crawl space insulation removed due to a large infestation. Carl was by far the best guy for the project. I would call him a rodent detective. Don’t hesitate to reach out to these guys for any Attic, or Crawlspace project. The crew kept my house clean and kept me in the loop throughout. Me and my husband couldn’t be happier. Awesome service KNG - Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, WA.

Our project was a very large concrete pour that took multiple days to prepare and complete. Jesse’s crew was very impressive and professional. We highly recommend this company for their great follow through and excellent customer service.

Jerald and KNG - Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, WA provided exceptional attic cleaning and roofing services. The attic maintenance was meticulous, removing old insulation and improving ventilation. The attic restoration completely transformed the space, making it cleaner and more functional. They also performed roofing maintenance on our metal roofing and carried out essential roof repairs. Their advice on when to replace roof panels was honest and practical. The team was professional, courteous, and efficient. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and highly recommend KNG - Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Co, WA for anyone in need of attic or roofing services. Their dedication to quality is unmatched.

We recently had this company install new attic insulation, and it has already made a huge difference. The team arrived on time, assessed the space, and explained their plan clearly. They worked quickly and carefully, installing insulation that has improved our home’s comfort level significantly. The house now stays warmer in winter and cooler in summer, and our energy bills have started to drop. The technicians were professional, polite, and cleaned up thoroughly after the work. Pricing was fair, and the quality was outstanding.

Kelly Patterson is many levels above any other contractor I've worked with. Based on a referral from a friend, we had Kelly come out for a walk through/bid for a kitchen remodel in 2020. After meeting with him and discussing our vision, we didn't even bother to seek the standard "three estimates," and there are NO regrets. In addition to the kitchen, Kelly adeptly managed replacement of flooring throughout our home, to include new baseboards, and also designed and constructed a new fireplace mantle. The results are outstanding!
Kelly set and managed expectations, provided excellent communication, was polite, respectful, CLEAN, responsive, and is one of the nicest most generous people a person could meet. We have a few other projects on the horizon, and there is no question as to who our contractor will be. THANKS Kelly - Your hard work, dedication to excellence, and attention to detail are enjoyed every day!

Kelly and Jared just completed a remodel of our master bathroom, and we couldn't be more pleased! The job was done well, in a very timely manner, and at a very fair price. They communicated with us throughout the process to make sure everything was just as we'd like it. We would not hesitate to engage them on a future project!

Kelly and Jared remodeled are master bathroom also installed a tub and tile in guest bath and remodeled the whole kitchen. They do beautiful work. They were always on time and excellent communication every step of the way. Sense of detail is amazing. They care so much about you as the client.
If you’re looking for a contractor I highly recommend Patterson and Patterson Construction.
