Flooring reviews in Gig Harbor, Washington

Great experience overall! Joseph from Washington carpet repair is great!!! Very professional, great price, and punctual, overall great job ! Would definitely use this company again.

Joe did a fantastic job repairing our carpet. The carpet had not been installed properly two years ago (by others), and was showing buckling. He stretched, cut, and installed it properly throughout the room. It now looks brand new! Highly recommend his services.

Great service and communication.

We had a couple spots in our carpet that were torn up by our cat. After a quick internet search I located Washington Carpet Repair and sent over a text. After couple photographs were sent, Joseph had a repair plan in place and an appointment was made. Joseph made the repair look like light work, and you can’t even tell where the damage was. If you have any carpet needs, I highly recommend you give Joseph a shot at the repair.

I cannot recommend this carpet repair service enough. I had three separate areas in my home that needed patching, and I honestly didn’t think they could be fixed as seamlessly as they were. The work was absolutely incredible—you genuinely cannot tell where the damage used to be.

He was professional, on time, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his craftsmanship. He walked me through the process, made sure everything matched perfectly, and didn’t rush the job. The attention to detail really shows.

What stood out the most was how clean and precise everything was when he finished. It looks like brand new carpet instead of a repair. If you’re debating whether to repair or replace, definitely call him first—you’ll save money and be amazed at the results.

Highly recommend to anyone needing carpet repair. I would 100% use this service again!

Joe did an outstanding job! We needed our carpet stretched. He came over and gave us a quote, which was more than reasonable came the next day and in two hours was completed. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs their stretched. You will not be disappointed.

Fast, the best work, and the most economical way…

Joe stretched the carpet in my mother's home. He did an outstanding job. He was quick to respond, give an estimate on various break downs of how much for each room. I highly recommend this business.

I hired Washington Carpet Repair to repair and stretch carpet in two rooms. Joseph was knowledgable and communicated with me every step of the way so I knew what to expect and could be involved with the process. I'm very happy with the repairs and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. Thank you, Joe!

Life saver service! My cats clawed up my carpet exposing the tac strip at the entryway. The patch repair was quick and looks great. I'm so thankful to have my carpet back to normal.

Fast, friendly, and efficient! Needed a small patch of carpet replaced before moving. Joseph got me taken care of same day since he was in the area. Would recommend to others in the Port Orchard area!

He is a very nice man. Went out of his way and did extra things to fix my carpet. He even took off money on my original price. I have absolutely no problem with recommending him to others.

Extremely Friendly and Professional. Did an outstanding job. Was willing to work with my complex schedule.
