We had a very large commercial building we were moving into and needed the cement floors cleaned and finished. They worked around us partially moving in and finished on time and on budget. We have other project coming up and we definitely know who we will be using

I can't say enough good things about Eddie's service! He works tirelessly to make my carpets look almost new!!! This last visit was because of a hot coffee stain (full big cup). Eddie came back twice to fix it(second time free of charge) and he worked miracles on it! Looks great. Don't hesitate to call him next time you are needing ANYTHING done!!! He also puts up with our obnoxiously friendly dog--not the easiest task I might add...

Eddy was timely, professional and did a phenomenal job! I plan to recommend his to anyone who needs their floors and windows done.

Eddy was very professional, I asked him once he was here cleaning our carpets if he also performs upholstery cleaning, he sure does and our very large sectional that our dogs also share he cleaned, and wow is my wife impressed!!!! Thanks Eddy for all your hard work, house smells clean again, or should I say it smells like TruClean was here.

We had Tru Cleen come out and take care of cleaning our windows inside and out and clean a main rug, sofa and dining chairs. We were thrilled with the service, the professionalism, and the outcome! The quality of the work was truly exceptional.! We’ll never use another company. We highly recommend!!

They were wonderful, on time , great on communication, thoughtful, helpful, knowledgeable.. helped me move things and took on additional work. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend 💯

After years of buying the same soil for years,today I was told that it's being discontinued it's a top selling one too so no not happy

Home depot has crap wood slow service rude employees management need more people in lumber to help with customers. I went over to garden and there was lot of employees and then you go to lumber and there is 2 people not very good customer service

They are good about returns. Many options to chose from. Their checkers outside don't care about the person standing in front of them their attitude shows it.

I really like the new self check out! I don't know if the 1 self checkout and 1 checkout "booth" will be able to handle the high summer volume. Like it so far, we shall see👍

It impossible to get a straight answer from sales associate. Was looking for an electric log splitter, was sent to the garden department, did not find one.
Ask another person,said he be right back...never did.
Ask 3 person and he told me they were outside 😠😠😠.
Called to ask info desk,was told non are in the store I have to order on line.
The web page told me that thete was 2 in the store.I hate shopping at Home depot

Stopped by to grab a few bags of bark & found a beautiful big blue lace cap hydrangea I had to bring home too. Good price for all & helpful friendly staff--all with masks & masks required to enter store & plant area.

There was a young man his name started with an O - Orthelian maybe anyway he was watering plants this morning May 23 2025 and when he saw me tying to load potting soil he ran over to help me!! I was so impressed because most young men would have not noticed or not thought to help!! He is a great asset to your garden department - I know I messed up his name but hopefully you recognize him!!! Mary

I have shopped here since day one of the stores existence, and until I met a manager named Evan who knows nothing about what he is doing, in terms of customer service, and or solutions, I would probably have continued to do so.
It was a simple lumber material order for which he could not even suggest an option or solution. He was also inept and dismissive of the issue.
My monthly home maintenance buget through this store is in the hundreds but no more .
Lowes here I come.

They leave a lot of trash behind. Very unprofessional

DO NOT HIRE THEM! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! They will take your money and will not show up to work and will not answer the calls.

I would never use a service that has repeatedly left business cards on my porch where I have a clear "no soliciting" sign, with every person very obviously purposefully turning their head away from my Ring doorbell. Extremely shady and not trustworthy.

I had a terrible experience with ALAMEDA TREE SERVICE AND LANDSCAPING LLC. They took the payment for a retaining wall project, but after that, completely disappeared. They stopped answering calls, didn’t respond to emails, and failed to show up to do the work as promised.

I would strongly advise against hiring them, as they seem to take your money and then ghost you. This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Beware of this contractor if you want to avoid frustration and financial loss.
