My experience with Gig Harbor Heating was exceptional. Our heater caused smoke in our house. After the fire department determined it was our heater I called Gig Harbor Heating and they were quick to respond and install a new heater. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them. I am definitely a customer for life.

I recently needed my heat pump replaced , so I called Gig Harbor heating. They had installed a heat pump at a previous residence and I was very happy with the equipment and service. This time they recommended a Bosch unit since it is compatible with most air handlers and thermostats. After doing my research, I was convinced it was one of the best on the market. The install went well ( and quickly) and they responded promptly to a small issue I had. I would highly recommend this business.

Super friendly team from the initial consultation to the final install! The install is beautiful, clean, professional. I was worried about how the heat pump would look outside the house but they did such a good job, it looks fantastic! The new furnace in the garage looks amazing as well, so clean and organized. We had them install AC in our house last week. They were very professional, timely and responsive. Between when they were able to come out and give us a quote and the actual installation, it was about 2 weeks (faster turn around time than any other company we talked to). They weren't pushy about upgrading our current (older) furnace or installing a more expensive heat pump instead, just listened to exactly what we wanted. Also out of the 4 other companies we received quotes from, they were the most cost-effective by over $1k and we still received top-tier service and a high quality unit. Loved working with them as they made the whole process a breeze!

We had Gig Harbor Heating and AC come for a periodic maintenances thing. Afterwards, things were fine, but we began to feel cold air at times from the heat ducts. We called, they thought that was unusual, and said they'd have a technician come by. Riley listened to our concerns, checked a few things, and knew right away what the problem was. He found a tiny refrigerant leak, fixed it, and recharged the system. Our system is several years old, so it was likely age related. But they didn't charge us for the visit or the repair. Amazing! It's nice to know that there is a company around that has great service and the customer in mind. I highly recommend them, and intend to be their customer for a long, long time!

I have been using another HVAC company for several years and got tired of the constant upselling and 'doom & gloom' messages from their technicians. Gig Harbor Heating & AC was friendly and prompt from the first phone call. Travis came out to diagnose what I thought was a dying system with leaks (according to the other HVAC company). He reassured me my system was in great shape (for how old it is) and there were no issues to address. He also took the time to educate me more on my system. It is so refreshing working with a company that is honest and here to help, not sell. Thank you!

From the first phone call to arrange an estimate for a new heat pump, to the day of the estimate with Riley, who not only collected the necessary data, but also explained the product choices and how they worked essentially, as well as the financing options, and through the day of installation by Aaron and Justin, this was nothing but a positive experience. Remarkable skills and craftsmanship and got it right the first time! We're new to the heat pump world, but so far, we're loving the quiet efficiency of our unit. Meanwhile, Susie at the office was so helpful in keeping us informed along the way and answering questions for us leading up to the installation. Gig harbor heating was fantastic. They were professional, didn’t use any kind of pressure sales tactics, and provided a competitive bid and an excellent installation. I would absolutely recommend giving them a call if you have any HVAC needs.

Was super pleased to have Tommy reach out early via text to ask if he could come earlier. Although I was not available, Tommy remained timely for the original appt. Upon arrival he assessed the situation quickly and immediately began repairs. They were done thoroughly and cleanly. This was much appreciated as this allowed us to have AC again before the 85 degree weather heated up our house that day

Excellent customer service. Explained everything they were doing on my furnace and heat pump. They also answered all my questions in detail but still understandable.

The friendly and very personable technician arrived early, reintroduced himself (he has been to my home several times to provide service), put on his shoe protection and went directly to my thermostat to begin checking the settings and looking for potential problems. He proceeded to my heating/cooling unit while continuing to provide status updates and friendly conversation. After checking both the interior and exterior units of my heat pump system, he rechecked the thermostat and completed the visit in less than an hour. Excellent experience!!
