I’ve used Gig Harbor Heating twice now, and they have been excellent both times. My hear pump is older and GH Heating doesn’t work in my type (R22) anymore. However, the technician, Tommy, went through all troubleshooting anyways and found a leak in my refrigerant that he was able to stop. This small fix that Tommy did will extend the life of our heat pump and he was able to get my AC running again without fail. I would highly recommend Gig Harbor Heating for your heat pump needs.

The service they provide is exceptional. The technicians are professional and respectful of both you and your home. I highly recommend them.

Tommy came out and gave our AC unit a new lease on life. Replaced valves, added refrigerant, and adjusted the blower speed back to factory specs. He spent a lot of time going over the unit from top to bottom and it works like a champ.

Very good service from Gig Harbor Heating. Had a brand new heat pump/AC system installed last year, and then vendor disappeared. I was relieved to hear system was well installed, and everything working well. T was very informative and thorough and obviously had expert knowledge of the system. Travis from Gig Harbor Heating & AC was Professional, did a great Job in quickly determining the problem, Repaired the problem very asap and was very personable.

Technician arrived on time to perform annual maintenance on our heating and A/C system. He took the time to ask questions regarding how we used the system and if we had any concerns. He worked efficiently and when he was finished he then clearly explained the current condition of the system.

We have bought 4 furnaces for our home and office building from Gig Harbor Heating and Air. Never go any where else! They did a great job of troubleshooting a recent furnace repair and had to make many trips back to our office until the problem was resolved.

Your tech arrived on time, was polite and courteous. He was neat and clean. He got the service and kept the home-owner advised of what he was doing informed. He was a good representative of your company.

This company is amazing. Ever one that works for them is amazing. Tommy just serviced our furnace. I cannot say enough about him. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Power to the HVAC went out and fried some wires inside. Tech was awesome, went right to work, testing ever wire in the harness, replaced a few wires and it started up and is working perfectly.

Our old heat pump failed, and I reached out Robert, the owner of Gig Harbor Heating & AC to determine if it could be repaired, or if I needed to install a new heat pump. After an attempt to repair the system by replacing the solenoid, it was determined that such replacement would not work and I needed to install a new heat pump. After verification that such was the case, Robert provided me with a very competitive bid for a new heat pump system for my beach house, and the installation was accomplished in one day. It works beautifully, and I am very satisfied with the service provided to me by Gig Harbor Heating.
