I got an install from kohler about 3 years ago and my experience was awesome! They installed a Mini-split with 3 zones, with the brand of equipment I requested even though they primairly use daikin for mini-splits. I was able to get a Mitsubishi.. The salesman Alex was great! (we also have the same name which gets points)
