If I could leave 0 stars I would. I called on a Thursday needing our septic pumped. They said they could come Friday between 12 pm and 5 pm. I clearly stated we needed it done asap as our septic was full and unusable. They quoted us $449 for the inspection and pumping and a $10 Kitsap county fee. My husband gets a call Friday between 3:30 And 4 saying they will be out by 7 pm. Then he gets a call just after 7 pm saying it's too late to come and they won't be able to make it until Saturday at 8:30 am. Obviously not happy. My husband took time off from work, we have no bathrooms to use, etc. They told my husband they would take 25% off of the bill. Saturday comes and they arrive at 8:10. No inspection done like they say is standard. Just pumped it. The truck pulled out of our driveway at 9:20 am. They charged us $480 (that includes the Kitsap county fee). NOT 25% off. They argued that they would give 2
$25 off for the inconvenience, not the 25% like the said. That is THREE TIMES this company could not do what they said. 1. Service time between 12 pm and 5 pm. 2. Service time pushed back to "by 7 pm". 3. 25% off.
I would never use this company again, nor recommend it. -

Frank's service was excellent! He was friendly, courteous, and answered all of my questions. He arrived on time - I even got a text from FloHawks when he was on the way that included his picture!

The FloHawks company was prompt in responding to our questions & concerns regarding our septic system. Our Plumbing Technician Matt was very personable, professional & helpful in answering our questions & concerns too! We look forward in contacting their company again for our septic or plumbing needs in the future! Thank you FloHawks!
