On time arrival and everything was cleaned beautifully and billed within the original estimate. Adam worked hard and his efforts show favorably.

Five Stars is not enough, best work I have ever contracted with. Washed down house, cleaned windows inside and out, cleaned gutters and roof/decks all in one day at a great price!

Adam pressure washed two patios, several walkways and a deck for us. He also cleaned the outsides of the house gutters and some wood furniture. Everything looks sparkling clean, better than in years. Adam went above and beyond, helping to move heavy pots and furniture from the areas to be cleaned, and replacing them after surfaces were cleaned. He was extremely conscientious and thorough, asking questions before starting areas and checking for satisfaction along the way. He re-did some areas when the first go didn't produce the results he expected.
It was a pleasure working with Adam, and I would certainly employ him for exterior cleaning in the future.

Overall, my house is cleaner but the dark mildew wasn't entirely removed. I had to get up on the ladder to wash it again to really get it clean. Also, the cleaning substance left white drips on the paint that are difficult to clean off and left spots on the windows that I haven't been able to clean off with vinegar or window cleaner. I'll try another company next time. The worker did do a good job of covering plants to protect them. I appreciated that.

As a first time homeowner there are quite a few tasks I overlook and taking care of my roof was something I put on the “one day” list. My roof in particular was starting to look like something a Hobbit would be proud to live under (seriously there is drone footage if anyone is curious haha). Adam and his associate were quick and professional. He walked me through the process and bonus they even cleaned my mailbox the has seen better days. Thank you! 10/10 would recommend!

Adam was out last week doing a ton of work for us (roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure wash our sport court, even did our garage door!). All of it looked great, was more than reasonably priced compared to other bids we received, all the while Adam was completely professional and thoughtful. Also a huge bonus that he left things better than he found them. So often people do work and leave behind a mess. Already have the next project lined up for him next time he's in our area (we are quite a ways away from his service area, but he worked it into his schedule). Can't recommend enough!

Adam was excellent. He came out and talked me through what he planned to do with regards to what I asked for. No pressure in suggestive-selling or up-selling. His prices were fair and reasonable. He was professional, timely, courteous, and goes above and beyond for convenience.

As for quality of the work, my gutters definitely seem better and the moss from my roof is dealt with. We need a bit more rain to be certain but so far I am super pleased with his work.

Update: second time we've hired Poseidon Exterior and still thrilled. I plan to hire them again in another 2-3 years for some upkeep cleaning. I know they relocated and hope they continue to serve my area.

Adam is excellent. He schedules soon after he is contacted and shows up right on time. He immediately goes to work hauling the ladders and other equipment needed. He is polite, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend Adam.

Exceptional Service! Poseidon cleaned my roof and gutters today, and I am so pleased. Professional, excellent communications, very efficient. Did exactly what I wanted, didn't push for more; very fair price. I avoid toxic cleaners, so they willingly applied my own non-toxic moss treatment and cleaned difficult-to-reach back awning using non-toxic soap and brush. The cleaned up all the blown-off roof debris (remember that big wind storm a while back??) and packed my yard waste container. Will use them every year from now on!
