Very good service from Gig Harbor Heating. Had a brand new heat pump/AC system installed last year, and then vendor disappeared. I was relieved to hear system was well installed, and everything working well. T was very informative and thorough and obviously had expert knowledge of the system. I feel reassured I've picked a good, reliable, local company. Thanks!

Our AC unit died for a week of sweaty, loud fan August discomfort. Slept less and grouched more (first world problems, I know.) Thank you to Gig Harbor Heating & AC for making us a priority. These guys are rock stars! They scheduled me faster than anticipated, the install took 2 hours less than quoted, the guys were friendly and professional, and even the owner stopped by. They let me ask a lot of questions, helped me with financing and made the entire process painless. I would definitely recommend them!

Travis from Gig Harbor Heating & AC was Professional, did a great Job in quickly determining the problem, Repaired the problem very asap and was very personable.

Technician arrived on time to perform annual maintenance on our heating and A/C system. He took the time to ask questions regarding how we used the system and if we had any concerns. He worked efficiently and when he was finished he then clearly explained the current condition of the system.

We have bought 4 furnaces for our home and office building from Gig Harbor Heating and Air. Never go any where else! They did a great job of troubleshooting a recent furnace repair and had to make many trips back to our office until the problem was resolved.

Your tech arrived on time, was polite and courteous. He was neat and clean. He got the service and kept the home-owner advised of what he was doing informed. He was a good representative of your company.

Travis was excellent in his knowledge in taking care of our Furnace and Heat Pump Annual Checkup needs. So appreciate his knowledge, recommendations and education for any questions we had! Very personable! Highly recommend this Company!

This company is amazing. Ever one that works for them is amazing. Tommy just serviced our furnace. I cannot say enough about him. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he did, thoroughly. This kind of service with Gig Harbor Heating is the rule and not the exception. We’ve used them for years and the service is consistent. Power to the HVAC went out and fried some wires inside. Tech was awesome, went right to work, testing ever wire in the harness, replaced a few wires and it started up and is working perfectly.

Our old heat pump failed, and I reached out Robert, the owner of Gig Harbor Heating & AC to determine if it could be repaired, or if I needed to install a new heat pump. After an attempt to repair the system by replacing the solenoid, it was determined that such replacement would not work and I needed to install a new heat pump. After verification that such was the case, Robert provided me with a very competitive bid for a new heat pump system for my beach house, and the installation was accomplished in one day. It works beautifully, and I am very satisfied with the service provided to me by Gig Harbor Heating.

They were quick to respond and sent out a very knowledgeable technician who diagnosed the issue quickly. He answered all our questions and even talked about other issues with the system we might want to resolve in the future. The office called later that day to schedule a return visit with a new part to fix the system in a few days. Overall we were pleased with the service and response time.

The installers were very friendly and answered all my questions. They were very neat and always used shoe covers in the house. They work was very neat and the clean up was very good. They stayed busy the whole time they were here. I had a new heat pump installed and a new heat exchanger.
The county inspector said it looked like an excellent installation.

Had a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump with 3 mini splits indoors installed to replace my electric baseboard heaters. From the proposal stage until actual install, the communication with the comfort specialist Riley was excellent. Being so new at this, I had so many questions & Riley always answered me very promptly, so my mind was at ease over a major change & expense for my home. The two workmen were great & I could see that they worked very hard during the entire install, including the outdoor part where they had to brave the wind & rain. They left my home as clean as it was when they first arrived. And now my home feels so comfortable without those old baseboards. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I recently had a heat pump installed by Gig Harbor Heating and AC and recommend them without hesitation. Their quote was comparable to other companies, however, their employees are shining stars. Their customer service is outstanding. The employees are knowledgeable, well trained, articulate, and nice people. They are the kind of people you would like to have as a neighbor!

Travis did an excellent job for us today! He thoroughly inspected our heating and AC system, and performed a cleaning and tune-up on both. He went over his diagnostics with me, and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with everything he did!
