Reviews of local pros in Gold Bar, Washington

My wife and I had spent a whole year planning a dream vacation, getting passports for the kids, and preparing every step in our journey. What we couldn't prepare for was the wind and ice storm that hit our house. We were an hour away from heading to the airport when one of our big trees cracked and didn't fall all the way, it leaned, still blowing around in the wind at a 45 degree angle, threatening two sheds, my trailer, the fence, and my neighbor's house. When I talked to my neighbor, without hesitation he told me to call Tree Tech NW. Stephen said he could come out the next day and take care of it, but asked if he could swing by that evening to take a look and stabilize it. The communication and level of service was top notch, working with me while travelling in and out of cell service. The next day, he sent me pictures, showing the tree was down with no damage to report. Not a single shingle was damaged on the shed, and the tree was safely laying in the yard. After the snow and ice melted, he hauled away the logs and branches leaving everything clean and undamaged. I thought my dream vacation was starting off as a nightmare, but because of Tree Tech NW, we were able to enjoy our vacation without stressing about what we would be coming home to. Thank you, Tree Tech NW!

From topping extremely tall trees to complete removal of old or dangerous ones to general pruning and shaping of others, Stephen and team bring expertise, quality work and an artists touch! They recently completed two large jobs for us carefully, safely and quickly with everything cleaned up at the end and the trees looking great. I highly recommend Tree Tech NW and we've already got a third project planned!

On time, friendly and professional! The team adhered to safety protocols, and quickly removed a dangerous tree in the corner of our backyard without damaging fencing or landscaping. They cleaned up the mess, and were great to work with. The final price matched the quote. Excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Stephen at Tree Tech NW and his crew are absolute arbor pros. They gave a fast and fair quote, showed on time, worked safely and completed the job as we discussed. This was a fairly tall cottonwood tree that needed climbing for de limbing and cuts from high up before felling. I'm sure it was challenging but they made it look easy. Definitely recommend their arborist service.

We called Tree Tech NW, as our satellite TV reception was being blocked by tree branches. Steve, the owner, came out the same day we called, carefully reviewed our property & provided input as to what was causing the problem. He sent us an estimate later that same evening, which was extremely fair for the amount of work that needed to be done; it also was far less than two other companies we had contacted. Since our initial contact with him, Steve’s communication, both by phone calls & texts, was outstanding! A crew of four, including Steve, showed up today at the time promised! Even in a rain storm, all of them worked professionally, efficiently & safely! Our TV reception appears to be much improved! We are very grateful for the excellent service provided by Tree Tech NW & highly recommend them for any of your tree trimming/cutting needs! On a scale of 1-10, Tree Tech NW is a 15!!!

Tree Tech NW did an absolutely outstanding job removing several dead trees on my property. They had a full crew of six guys on site all day and their professionalism, safety practices, and attention to detail were exceptional. They were courteous, thorough, and cleaned up everything beautifully. Highly recommend!

Crew did a great job taking down some large trees around our house. They expertly got the trees around our house down without any damage to ours or our neighbor’s house. They were diligent, friendly and respectful. Pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely hire them again when we are ready to take down a few more trees.

Steve gave me a bid quickly and specifically. He and his crew were here on time and completed the job exactly as promised. The crew was very nice and polite. They cleaned up everything and returned my yard to better than before. I would highly recommend Tree Tech NW and will certainly use them again when the need arises.
