This remodeling project started in November and ended in February / first was to stall a ceiling fan in spare bedroom / in ceiling about 12 inches ...deep , to open up the room and installation of a wall fireplace, which turned out awesome..and mounted a 50 in tv in the room and replace all base molding and new ceiling lites and switches..with the fan turning out great , .I had scott installed 2 ceiling fans in ceiling in living room which also turn out great and open the living room up alot , then remodel the upstairs bathroom with new lites and switches and shower with tile back ground and tile floor and new sink / tolit / and cabinet and all new fixtures ( which bathroom turned out awesome 👌, then moved to the main project upstairs was remodeling my bedroom / removed wall to existing room to make master bedroom alot bigger like a apartment like situation... new ceiling with beams and pine tongue and Grove and walls with red brick like paneling and installed a TV in ceiling, yes ceiling, turned out awesome and installed a fireplace in the wall / must have ...and replace all lights with special lites / red , blue and changing colors ( AWESOME) MUST HAVE .. ALSO TURNED A SPACE / Into a mini kitchen / hood and counter ..
Scott rewired all switches and made everything work out and there were some challenges times / but all work out ...he's installing the barn like doors to separate the two sections this week and it will be done ..SCOTT is Easy to work with and I highly recommend him, he'll be doing a lot more custom work for me in the future..

Scott was super nice and understanding of our situation. He was able to squeeze our project in and being 9 months pregnant (with unexpected toilet explosion and water damage) it was one of the things that separated Scott's Construction from all the rest. His team was super quick they predicted a 4-day project and they were done in 3 days!

We had a leak from a toilet on our second floor. It ended up leaking into our kitchen ceiling. Part of the kitchen ceiling was taken out and the whole bathroom ended up needing to be redone because the water got under the vanity and bathtub.
We hired Scott to help us put our bathroom back together and fix our kitchen ceiling. We also decided to put in can lights in our downstairs floor. Scott was great to work with. He communicated with us every step of the process. He helped us when making product selections. I love everything we put into the bathroom. Everything was done so well. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a contractor.

We are fortunate to have found Scott’s Construction to complete our repair and construction needs. He has completed two projects for us in a timely, cost effective and professional manner. He listened to understand our project details / questions and thoroughly explained how he would complete the work while sharing methods and cost effective practical solutions he’s learned through years of experience. Scott will be working with us on another project that he will complete this summer. Scott’s uncompromising do the work the right-way to last business model and intense customer focus says it all!

We hired Scott to convert part of our garage to an ADU which included a bathroom, kitchen, separate entrance, and expansion into our backyard. Scott is one of the best general contractors we've worked with. We first met in Feb 2024 and made multiple changes to the plan which meant we didn't break ground until October 2024. Scott maintained communication with us through the entire time and was helpful in giving us suggestions to stay within a tight budget. During construction Scott had scheduled everyone, including inspections with the City, so there was virtually no down time. Scott takes pride in his work and we are pleased with our new ADU and appreciate his customer service and attention to detail.

We had a new sliding glass door put in our old door never worked properly it turned out great. The installers really did a great job and were very professional. Scott construction and his crew are great I highly recommend them
